That appears to be Miho Adachi in red. I think Miho won a World Championship in 1995.

I have sometimes wondered and pondered if Japanese Nationals are more rigorous competition than World Championships in women wrestling. In Lighter weight classes it might be so. 67kg and 72kg weight classes has many great non-Japanese competitors.
