It's like the same thing as the Behemoth here at Canada's Wonderland, same height, seats, everything expect the structure's abit diffrent

i have been on this ride, it scares the heck out of you when your going up the hill and you stop at the top of the hill, then other then that itnisnt that scary, if your at kings island, the top two rides are winseeeker and diomond back, make sure you ride those

Diamond Back is not scary at all. The seat actually keeps you in better than most rides. I love the Flight Of Fear personally though.

because of the angle of the camera i am able to see that the individual chairs are attached to the platform with only 4 bolts, and small ones at that. i think i wouldn't get on this ride because of that. 4 bolts keeping you from dying on this coaster.

@mondovila dude i rode this coaster twice its fun as heck it wont kill yea trust me a lot of coaster you probably rode had smaller bolts then this

@mondovila Acctually, the structure, underneath the seat, is not only connected with steel to the platform, but also bolted several times with bolts the size of a adult's palm.

This ride is amazing, and the safety has never been an issue on this coaster.

Diamondback has been one the best additions to KI and is my current favorite ride in this park.. I will always ride this ride 1st on every visit.. Its amazing and very smooth.. That first drop is no joke though.. I could never put my hands up.. need to fix that.. lol

Rode this with my best friend on a field trip...it was both our first time! One word: AWESOME! Ah, I loved it! What a rush! The funny thing is, my friend was scared, so I dragged her on there with me, even though I was nervous too! And Afterwards she wanted to ride again, after being scared, she tried it, then she like it! LOL! So funny to because she wears glasses, so we put hers up when we went on, and she could barely see at all! I told her I was screaming, she was so loud she didn't her me!

I went on this seven times literally two weekends after in opened. This was back in April. How'd I get on so many times? Took advantage of the single rider line, and waited about 10 mins per ride while other riders in the main line waited 2+ hrs.
