  • i have been fooling around with the Dumbells recently, I am using 100s trying to rep them out, I would have to do a new test to see what it is. You have to rememeber I consider my tricep one of my strongest body parts thats why I am able to control this weight. Good luck with the new max!

  • Whats your max on regular flat bench press? A little over a month ago i got 230 up, my next max is @ the end of the month, im going for 250.

  • My most I benched at that time was about 250, cosidering Bench is me weakest lift.

  • Good overall power, just slow the bar down more and explode from the bottom. Overall still a good lift man. 205x3 on CG bench is good.

  • hey thanks, ya I haven't done these in a while, but we will see where we go from here, I will try to max out on 225 and hopefully a cleaner rep

  • Nice new vids man. Try to control the bar on the way down don't "plop" it down. Get good footing and pull shoulder blades back.

  • Hey Mark thanks for taking a look at my videos, your videos continue to inspire me . this is the start of something, there is a bench press comp in april of 2009 where I plan to get to 225lbs and bench my weight for 20 reps.
