i have been fooling around with the Dumbells recently, I am using 100s trying to rep them out, I would have to do a new test to see what it is. You have to rememeber I consider my tricep one of my strongest body parts thats why I am able to control this weight. Good luck with the new max!

Whats your current bench press? man i guess i can't go for 250 on my new max cause i got sick. 245 i'll try today.

Whats your max on regular flat bench press? A little over a month ago i got 230 up, my next max is @ the end of the month, im going for 250.

My most I benched at that time was about 250, cosidering Bench is me weakest lift.

Good overall power, just slow the bar down more and explode from the bottom. Overall still a good lift man. 205x3 on CG bench is good.

hey thanks, ya I haven't done these in a while, but we will see where we go from here, I will try to max out on 225 and hopefully a cleaner rep

Nice new vids man. Try to control the bar on the way down don't "plop" it down. Get good footing and pull shoulder blades back.
