  • RIP Tilly

  • at least she lived a long and happy life by the looks of it.

    RIP Tilly

  • agree with Buufkev

    great looking dog

the salt and pepper was getting amazing towards the end.

had a sheltie go to 18.5

and an am bulldog go to 13

lost both this year to boucher 21 i would say dont let them get over weight keep them active

mentaly and physically on a daily basis do not ignore them as they get older.

an injury in an older dog without alot of good rehab to get them back in shape after they heal is a death sentance just like with people

  • When my best pal Jock died in 1998 it was just like loosing a family member because thats exactly what he was. I will never forget him, the most loyal loving affectionate dog you could ever imagine, we humans could learn a thing or two from them..

  • Im so sorry for your loss , iv been there myself in the past with my last two its truly heartbreaking , but you must alays remember the good times with them

  • I lost my dog Tillie on December 26, 2008. She was only 5 and a half... tragic accident. We both lost our Tillie/Tilly's this year. I'm glad you were able to give yours such a long life. Thanks for preparing such a sweet video.

  • nice vid im glad you were so lucky to keep tilly for so long

  • I am a 22 stone Doorman and i cried as i watched your video, i couldn't imagine loosing my staff Busta.

My heart goes out to you, Tilly will be in your hearts for ever and I'm sure in the hearts of all who see your video.

  • just lost our old staffy today. he was 20 earlier in the month so he had a decent knock.

    :-(

  • I'm sorry for your loss, Tilly lived to a very good age. We lost our staffy on Tuesday and even though we only had him last year, we do feel as though we have lost a large part of the family. My heart pours out to you. xx

  • This surely makes me sad for your lost. I feel like she is a part of my life when I watched this video. I sure hope that my dogs live that long! I can't imagine losing any of them. My oldest dog is seven years old, and my youngest is nine weeks old.

  • i feel for you. I am so sorry for your loss. hugs.

  • I just shed a tear whilst watching your clip. She looks amazing and is the same colour as our dog Benson. Allthough he's only 8 he has just beaten cancer. I cant imagine how we would've felt if we lost him.

My heart goes out to you for your loss.

Danielle,(steve's wife) and of course Benson sends you lots of licks and cuddles.

  • I really feel for all of you that have lost beloved pets, I too had to have my Staff put to sleep a few weeks ago, we didnt know her age as she was rescue (vet said approx 15) watching your vid reminded me so much of my dog. We got another rescue staffy straight away and although i love him dearly i still cry and miss my babygirl. She was a part of me, we shared everything inc. the bed (when daddy wasnt home)

    Lovely tribute to Tilly. xx

  • Our cross staffy died 3 weeks ago. She was 21 years old. I was shocked when the vet dug her records out....had her 1st vacination in 1987. Still can`t get over her

  • whats the secret to getting a dog to live that long??

  • What a lovely tribute...im so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you at this very sad time. Run free at the bridge Tilly x RIP xxx

  • What a beautiful tribute, she was a beautiful girl. Heaven was calling out for an angel! RIP Tilly, run free at the bridge.

Thinking of you at this very hard time.

  • what a great tribute to Tilly. wow 18yrs is a fantastic achievement. We lost our Molly last Sept she was neary 10yr, what I would give to have her for 18yrs. Im sure she has left a huge whole in your hearts. take each day as it comes, cry if you need too, i believe that it truly helps to have a good cry. I understand how you feel, take care x

  • What a lovely tibute, sorry for your recent loss, I know how hard it is to lose a valued member of the family. What a fantastic age for a Staffy, she must have been so well looked afer and loved tremendously. Our staff was only 7 when we have to have him put to sleep but it was still a great loss to us (check out my vid). God bless to you all.

  • Thank you for your lovely comment. We were devestated when we had to have Tilly put to sleep, and it wasn't as if we weren't preparing ourselves for it! - She certainly made a good age. Funnily enough I watched your tribute a couple of days ago, Jake was adorable, it's so sad even watching others videos.

    Thanks again and take care.
