I know this movie got so much criticism and yeah some of the scenes are just plain silly but also fun and entertaining at the same time making it a blast to watch.

Yeah you're right. I found this movie about half a year ago and went Oh man, this movie was great when I was a kid! So I popped it in and watched it and went That was a piece of crap! Stick to shooting bad guys and blowing crap up Arnold.
