So the real story is....this totally nice guy is on the run from the cops. He's off his rocker(probably high and confused), but he's still pretty nice. He gets out his cell phone and scrolls through his phone book and dial's the first number he sees. Struggling and hesitant, he hopes it's the buddy he grew up with that he's calling, so he can talk in the super secret code he and his buddy came up with in case of emergency and the call can be traced. He says other random stuff to confuse the cops

I might be mistaken, but to the people saying "rip off of the other one, the audio's the same":

The audio was not done by the person who made the other animation. It's by that STWPT guy (I think, it sounds like him at any rate) and others can use it. This is a lot like the other one, it's true, but the audio doesn't leave much room for creativity and, personally, I think the animation on THIS one is better. The guy's expression is fantastic.
