  • you girls are awesome! tyee wanted to try kick but some of our girls at that point just couldnt kick all that high! kudos.

  • sounds like every other high school. well, just 2 more years and you're free.

  • getting ankle weights might help too... or making your own ankle weights.. with sports tape and little two pound weights... its helped a lot with our team.

  • Kentridge is an amazing school.

    The dance team is amazing there.

  • tell the girls to stretch while they watch tv or do homework at home! if you're not all the way down yet, support yourself by holding onto chairs on either side of you. then sit in the splits for 1 minute (each leg) at practice as a team.

  • haha im on this team=] and im in this routine! this was my first year on the team. now im a senior on the team and our kick routines are much more better. the choreography is soooo amazing!. oh and to kristi...prove it to me and show me a video of your team. most teams cant kick high or with the proper technique. so dont go bragging about it. ok? k=]

  • how could kicks get any higher than they are in this video?? unless kristi's team can actually kick through their own torsoes!

  • yeah exactly=] ahha. we are known for our high kicks. originally we were a kick team but then broadened out to other types of dance. =]

  • my dance team could kick their ass... their kicks are not really high.
