@PhillyGirl1 If it's under cooked it's because they're not stirring the oil properly when they cook the chicken. Also if it tastes extra salty and slightly burnt, they need to change the oil. If the breading is falling off, clumpy, or not fully covering the piece of chicken, they're not sifting the flour properly. Just some info tidbits incase you have KFC again sometime. :p
