@swimmeraudd definitly paris this is where the school was born and this is the best le cordon bleu you can atten, its also a bit more pricy and you have to learn french wich may interfer with your culinary learning
@Josh1Joshua1 You can find the answer in the FAQ sections on the london page. I believe you can pay 6 weeks prior to the start of each course. Unless you're applying for the Grand Diplome, then you would have to pay for the whole thing which is about 28k
If anyone is or has gone to the Cordon Bleu please contact me via Youtube and let me know if i should go there in the future, seems like a great school and I'm really interested in this kind of education as I thoroughly enjoy cooking... Please send me a message via youtube if you have any personal thoughts about this.
@Medicalv911 The basics would be Professional Cooking by Wayne Gisslen and another one is Professional Baking also by Wayne Gisslen. Those are the only two i know.
I love cooking, and also '' Le Cordon Bleu '' in Peru !!

I should have pursued a culinary degree instead of that IT degree.

News Weekly has broken the news about Career Education Corporation which owns Le Cordon Bleu.
Le Cordon Bleu is losing its accreditation and schools are closing. Google search "Career Education Directors Sued Over Placement - BusinessWeek"
Get out of Le Cordon Bleu before the schools close and you lose anymore money.
Career Education Corp. has closed many schools before.

How can I work around the funding for the course? Does it have to be paid on entry, or can it be like a future payment, like universities? Thanks :)
