  • I love cooking, and also '' Le Cordon Bleu '' in Peru !!

  • @swimmeraudd definitly paris this is where the school was born and this is the best le cordon bleu you can atten, its also a bit more pricy and you have to learn french wich may interfer with your culinary learning

  • I should have pursued a culinary degree instead of that IT degree.

  • How can I work around the funding for the course? Does it have to be paid on entry, or can it be like a future payment, like universities? Thanks :)

  • @Josh1Joshua1 You can find the answer in the FAQ sections on the london page. I believe you can pay 6 weeks prior to the start of each course. Unless you're applying for the Grand Diplome, then you would have to pay for the whole thing which is about 28k

  • This is my dream..... :(

  • i wish that i can go there and sharpen my knowlegde about food..

  • If in Australia under the guidance of MasterChef Tom McConnell

    E Mail at : chefmaster3@live.com.au

  • If anyone is or has gone to the Cordon Bleu please contact me via Youtube and let me know if i should go there in the future, seems like a great school and I'm really interested in this kind of education as I thoroughly enjoy cooking... Please send me a message via youtube if you have any personal thoughts about this.

  • Do they teach both pastry and regular cooking skills?

  • @TheJules0202 yes and if you pass the Cuisine and the Patisserie you will take "Le grand diplome" :)

  • What textbooks do they use?

  • @Medicalv911 The basics would be Professional Cooking by Wayne Gisslen and another one is Professional Baking also by Wayne Gisslen. Those are the only two i know.

  • I cant decide if i want to go to the Paris school or London school. Any suggestions?

  • Tnx for the introduction of this possibility...

  • Do you have to be a certain age to be able to go?
