  • Whether you're a woman or a man, I recommend doing the exercises how the "advanced" guy is doing it. A woman won't get that far with no weights and everything modified. I'm a woman who lifts heavy weights and NO I am not bulky. That's physicially impossible for a woman's body unless you take some form of steroid. Getting bulky is such a myth.

  • If I'm doing the abs, buns, and arm work outs, how should I space them out? Should I do them all every day or alternate? I'm just looking to tone up my body to go along with my cardio. Oh, and I'm using two 2 lb weights for the arms.

  • @lbwhite89 I'd increase the weights a little, even if your a woman. More muscle=Burns Fat..you wont look like a man doing these exercises with 5lb weights.

  • @iDjGio It does work without weights (for toning purposes). You get different results when you add weights though.

  • @MegaKatins Lol no it doesn't. You still need weights to tone your arms just light weights. The only way no weights would tone your arms is if you do an insane amount of reps.

  • Pretty good exercises, but the only bad thing about this video is that they say you have to train the same muscles every day. I would never do that!

  • Don't take the following as a sexist comment, I am not really a sexist guy, the following is something i remember learning in class: apparently some of the few differences between men and woman in respect to strenght or muscle lies in the upper body, Men have stronger upper bodies than woman, Im not sure if this is still true but last time i check it still was,

  • Well, I posted a similar question, and was told not to use weights. But since I didn't feel like I was getting a workout, I moved to 3lb weights and I'm seeing nice results that make my arms look leaner, not buff and manly. So, I would say that anything under 10lbs is fine for girls. Good luck with basketball, btw! :)

  • Gets u sweatin regardless of weights due to constant flexing for 8 mins... The easier ones I used 25lb dumbells per arm but since I kept going I quickly burned for the later excersize. I recommend just do this through light weight and then do your own sets afterwards if you wanna build ur arms. Also I do the other 3 excersizes in this order: Buns, abs, arms, and legs. Good full body work out!

  • Depending on weather I plan on running but right now its cold out here... My goal is to achieve not a muscle bound but athletic body that I used to have in highscool. So far I'm about 1 week into this and optimistic!
