I live in the netherlands to... eugh people can be so ignorant sometimes.. just to say something! hahaha I usually ignore it and rock the hairstyle as long as possible till they shut up and get used to it:D If not I just ignore them...that's what i used to do when i was younger..made me feel so great to differentiate myself from others for me! I guess its all about individual taste. I dont like products that smell heavy or really sweet and I feel as though most of the time that is the case with blackhair products. Its not a fact; just my opinion.

Yeah, I agree with you... many hair products geared for black women, DO have a heavy, sometimes sickeningly sweet smell; Of course it's intentional. They do this because most black women do not wash their hair as often as other (white) women, so hence the heavy perfume.. GAG ! It's freaking disgusting, the heavy smell in the products, that is. Anyways, I like the Giovanni's line, and lately, I've been making my own.. To each her own, I guess!
