@RollYourRock right foot pressure downward...the foot can come up but the push down into that foot is a point to rotate off.... .it also depends on the shape of your backswing... the higher the hands going back the more lateral move needed (hip bump forward) to try get the hands behind and from the inside again...fool around with those 2 thoughts for starters
