how do you do that when the camera moves and it gradually gets built? i would really love to show that in my presentation!

I rendered one complete clip for each construction stage, then blended them in Windows Movie Maker.

It takes no extra time for me, but it takes a couple of nights computer rendering time.

queria felicitar pelo bom trabalho apresentado, tendo em conta o programa proposto para a sua realização, gostaria de saber mais algumas informações quanto ao software utilizado, neste caso o archicad,(versão? (tempo de renderização medio para uma imagem (video)deste tipo, e se foi apenas e exclusivamente utilizado archicad para a elaboração deste mesmo (video). Aguardo resposta. Obrigada!!

You are right on both accounts, of course.

The video was done for a workshop, where there was no sound available.

As for explanations:

This represents a collaborative work done by a 3rd year class of an architecture course.

Each student had to build his/her own house.

The special thing about this work is that everything was done on a teamwork basis, so everyone could see what their colleagues where doing, in real time.

This looks good, but I miss the windows. These buildings would be very dark inside. But I guess they are for a warm and sunny country. This kind of buildings look cheap and solid. Where do they build like that? In Israel?

Portugal, where it get's pretty hot in the summer, and fairly cold in the winter.
