I remember three similarly titled songs all within a couple of years (or even shorter span) of each other around 1969-1971: "And When I Die" by Blood, Sweat, & Tears (written by Laura Nyro), "When I Die" by Motherlode, and this one. (I've posted this comment on multiple videos of this song and the Motherlode one on YouTube, so I apologize if you've seen it before. With accounts and videos disappearing from time to time, I thought it would be okay to post this info again.)
