As cheesy as this film is, it does at least accomplish the basic stuff an action movie should. Characters have clear motives, a sympathetic protagonist, information is revealed over time and there is that satisfying sense of justice when the bad guys are killed in the end.

Hollywood today cannot seem to even make films of this quality, and that's bad.
