Russia is contimplating a rematch over Cuba.

Days after Biden's comment Russia announced a return to cuba. Konashenkov wants to train Cuban soldiers in Russian air defence tatics and upgrade hardware.  Hugo Chavez has been purchasing hardware from Russia. Two black jet bombers landed there last month.

Like you, I have a ton of questions, what's this guy thinking? No doubt Biden wasn't smart saying this, but I won't condem the ticket because of a number of gaffes he's made. It might be worth researching to get the gist of what Biden was attempting to articulate.
