  • this shows the components of a prayer. No matter what--God is listening. It covers all of the thoughts that a supplicant of any religion would want to address to God. Forget the "i'm right and you are not" arguments and consider only what you want to say to "God." and what relationship you want to establish. If your belief is that "god is all powerful" then this establishing of an agreement seems vital. For you "this is what I am asking for and for God," this is what I will consider."

  • Don't waste your time because praying does not work in any religion. Praying to the non-existent is futile

  • Macha'Allah, may allah reward you for your job! Amin !

  • good job brother, may allah reward you for your efforts and dont take notice of the idiots who come to spew their venomous views. At least you have made the time.Good Job

  • u don't have to sit like that lol

  • relley u good

  • lol not like that

  • Great job mate and thanks for the video :D

  • @alphamo289er salam..action and sincerity is not the issue here. the issue here is that the ritualistic part is deemed to be mandatory where there is not specifically mentioned in the Holy Quran to be so. For enlightenment u may like to visit "Hadith; A Re evaluation"

  • NEXT, HOW TO KILL INFIDELS

  • @x58so Dude, Don't be so racist / offensive, Arabs are really genius!

  • I like how u gave explations to why certain postions are require ... it makes sense

  • Wow, this is a good demonstration for anyone who speaks and understands English as a first language. Thank you for taking the time to do this man. Ramadan Kareem :)

  • Thank you so much for your hardwork. May God bless you and reward you for your dedication. Please know that your work and such work is very much needed and appreciated. It was a very helpful video. Jazaka Allahu khairan!

  • Assalam alaykum. Can anyone recommend a Surah for a new Muslim? Also, must there be a different Surah for each repetition? And during which stage of prayer does one add personal supplications?

    Thank you!

  • Quran does not specifically say how the prayers has to be performed. Since It is silenced on this ritualistic part of the ibadah than u do not need to worry about exactly how the prophet prayed. Just follow how the muslims before u do their prayers. God does not see the outward form of the rituals but the sincerity in worshipping Him alone.

  • @mahariism salamualaykum brother/sister, what your saying is not true. there would be no value in sincerity without the action just as there would be no value in the action without sincerity. we also must preserve the rituals and customs of our faith because without them our faith and society will crumble, and it already has, just look at the state of the modern muslim world

  • what imam opinion, because i pray with hanafi fatwa, which is believed to be how the prophet muhammad (SAWS) prayed....

    maybe im wrong...

  • @kingofallguitarheros Prophet Muhammad(s.a.w) prayed in 4 ways as nowadays 4 madhabs exist.

  • I do not need to know how to pray from the sunnah but from muslims before me whoever that may be. Quran does not specify exactly how to do the prayers so there is no need to be specific about it. If God wish it to be so God would have specificaly mentioned it in the Quran.

  • بارك الله فيك يا بطل

  • Asalamalakum. Thanx for posting this video, as a new muslim it is VERY helpful hearing it in english.

  • Brother, prayers are never done in English. They are done in Arabic as the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) did.

  • WRONG with a capital W!!!!!!!

  • @DavidKWegley what's wrong with you?

  • He prays in ENGLISH? HEY STOP IT

  • @tofigkaist just for those who don't understand it, for example non-muslims. ;)

  • Wonderful! Thank you for your time god bless you.

  • nice video dude still glad i subbed and i am a atheist XD

  • You're reading Quran in English in prayer :O :O :O :O

  • L E G E N D ! ! ! :D

  • 3:36 its GLORY :-)

  • yo, you go way too far with your left and right, its not good for the neck nor is it correct, its not meant to kill your neck.

  • The suffering of the Palestinians is unoscionable. A group of young (teenage) conscientious objectors have gone to prison in Israel for refusing to serve in an occupying army.

These youngsters are amazing they are called 'SHMINISTIM'

If you care about Human rights please look at this group on You Tube & the internet.

  • MashaAllah...

  • wow I really like your video its very good, Masallah

  • "buhu buhu its supposed to be in arabic"

Wow does your god need translation? I thought he was all knowing. Oh well i guess i was wrong.

  • Comment removed

  • @Atamv your comment is so stupid you think everyone speaks Arabic? why would he speak English? because is the wold language you dipshit LOL....idk why I try to argue with dumb rednecks

  • @mohammedirakie How pathetic. Attempts at personal insults eh?

My point was just that an all knowing, all wise, all powerful being would by all probability be beyond caring what language you use to address him/her/it.

  • man you cant pray in english!!! they made a law in turkey around 50 years ago; the athan should be called in turkish! that was such a mistake. an awliya said thats wrong and went on mosques around the country calling the athan in arabic. he was put in jail and sentenced 106 years of prison. within a week a real muslim prime minister was voted and he changed that law on his first day as the prime minister. so the awliya was set free.

  • prostration unto the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob is not the same as Allah who is not ever mentioned in OLD and NEW TESTAMENT!

  • @hudna1 allah just means one and only god who created everything in arabic, so Allah is mentioned everywhere

  • @saimakhan87 Then I ask you to point it out where in the Bible was Allah mentioned!

The nature of Allah is not the same as God of the Judao-Christian Bible. There is no Allah in the Torah, Old and New Testament.

This man in deluded by the serpent and gave his soul to the devil. He needs deliverance.

Allah is never a father unlike the biblical God.!

Which means Allah did not create the human beings. They are simply his subjects to use as an insturment of death! 164 jihad verses

  • @hudna1 The God in Judao-Christianity is the Creator so is the God in the Quranic! Yet The God in the New Testament n Old Testament r Much different n not the Same, the God in Quran is more common attribution to the God of the Torah is a clear indication that the new testament is distorted! Also the God in the New testament contradicts himself!Claiming he is Eternal(Immortal) yet die's on the Cross, claiming God is not a Man yet Jesus is consider God/God's son!New testament is not 100% God's Word!

  • Im going to need to view this a couple of times to remember it all :P

  • YOU ARE PRAYING LIKE LIKE JEZEBEL JUST BEFORE SHE FELL OUT THE WINDOW WITH ONLY HER HANDS AND FEET AND SKULL FOUND. THE RAKA IS DETESTABLE TO YASHUA (GOD SAVES). JEZEBEL PRAYED TO BAAL AND YOU PRAY TO ALLAH THE SERPENT. YOU ARE TURNING YOURSELVES INTO THE SNAKE AND LEAVING A MARK OF THE BEAST ON YOUR FOREHEAD. 666 - 3X YOU BOW DOWN TO HIT THE GROUND!

  • Might be even more boring than your other video I've seen.

  • This is how you pray to the serpent - fallen angel of Genesis 3

Then in Revelation 13 this is how you can have the mark of the devil.

Kiss the snake and sit like a snake with it's tail out!

    Good job bro!

Now get out of Islam before it bites you!

Read Matthe, Mark, Luke and John

    John 3:16

  • @hudna1 if you dont have nice things to say, just keep your mouth shut.

  • @ahshams000 I say the truth that you may not perish. Praying to the ground won't get you anywhere in Paradise.

The ground is cursed with snakes and you are bowing to it. You are turning yourselves into snakes. Revelation 13 - 666 is the number of man. If a man bends over sitting on his heel and bows down to Mecca - they are facing the stone eggs and lifts their butt to Jerusalem . Iman's have bruise on their head from praying like this. Bowing down 3 x to the ground forms figure 6.

  • ماشاء الله تبارك الله

The language all humans will speak on the day of judgement will be Arabic.

If you think, you dont speak Arabic, so will you be able to understand it?!?

Then you must know that God made His messenger Salamon speak all languages includeing that of animals and birds too, so His (SWT) for sure can make us all speak and understand all languages for He created all of us from NOTHING!

    God is indeed the Greatest

and His name in Arabic is Allah, and He is the same God as yous

  • Jesus taught all mankind how to pray in the Lords Prayer.

  • islam is total pigshit for idiots like this idiot and slavery for women

  • @marcolante You are wrong my friend.

  • U was great doing this video..I can badly say that I envy your faith :)..

For those who keep saying bad things?...thy should listen more than talk..I not even a muslim, but I recognize their faith.. they r noble people, honest..don't use as a base things what your eyes nvr saw or ur years never heard..dont base ur opinion in media..its like ur assuming that u r stupid..=/ u do that? People judgment dont worth it in this world even if u r or ur not a muslim.... people shouldn't play to be G*d.

  • You forgot the part when you blow up an airplane, the most important part in muslim praying.

  • @RscforeverG That's terrorism, not islam.

  • my friend, salaam. the prayer is in Arabic. Try to learn the Arabic version. I say the English version in my head.

I have seen men hold their hands above their navals for the most part.

    but great video

  • 1 Kings: King Solomon kneel with hands spread upward to heaven

  • keep praying to the devil ! ! he's taking you for a long ride!!

  • @JAEAREONE o really?

  • jazakh allah brother, nuff respect on what u are doing inshalla that the people listn & take heed cause THE time is nigh

  • Great video .(:

  • Assalamualikum Brother It was so fantastic you have done the prayer

Even though we can not pray in English, it is a kind of explanation to those Muslims and non-Muslims as well. I am living in Singapore (Near Malaysia) I used to see lots of westerners visit Mosques In Singapore and some of them like to know what we recite when we pray. Your video is alhamdulillah so nice. Can you please make video for 2 Rakayat completely so that I will make copies and will pass to them. ALLH BLESS YOU

  • Hey Bro!

Thats great but one thing i want to tell you,

Why didn't you say "Allah" instead of God, because i think there in no translation of the name of "Allah"

  • @0ero0ero7even slm god is allah swt he has many name's masallah

  • Subhana Allah.. May Allah be your protector and guider!

  • Allah/God want us to want us to love each other, and not the not divisive leaders, or prophets!

Think for yourself! Screw Christians. Jews, & Muslims!!!

If you mastrubate with carnal thoughts, you're simply HUMAN! Allah still loves you! Don't rip your daughters (Allah given) clitioris out over natural thoughts you have!!! And remember, Paris Hilton IS NOT AMERICA!!!

That will anger Allah more than ever! Like American leaders, your leaders covet power! Peace be with you!

  • hi there it´s my third day I am learning to pray IN´SHALLA

just one important thing, when you finish the REKATA you have to Look towards your right and left shoulder NOT behinde, while looking to the right and left shoulder you while doing that you give SEKLAM to tha guardian angel sitting on each shoulder...

  • why r we praying 5 time a day???

coz every single moment we made mistake!!!!!

  • There are many of us who sit here & fight about the Quaran & Bible of rather which one is more credible, which one came first, or who is the true messenger. Well my brothers & sisters, I am proud to say that we all magnificently agree on 3 things & that is

1: There is 1 GOD (with many names of course due to many cultures we have)

2: We shall not worship MULTIPLE Gods because there is only one

3: Only to God we seek guidance, refuge, & salvation.

All that other restless talk is not needed.

  • @NastyNoble1 theyre both true messengers.. jesus came before muhammed salalahu'alaihiwasalam. No arguements my friend :D

  • @NastyNoble1 Allah is a serpent - Baal was called "The Lord of the heaven" Believing in one god is not enough if you do not know Yashua/ Jesus Christ.

The devil on Genesis 3 was an Angel of Light (Lucifer) who was too prideful; He was fallen to and tempted Adam and Eve by the tree. The fallen angel was cursed and crawled to the ground deceiving people. Christ came to replace the devil on the cross and stumped on the snake's head.

  • @NastyNoble1 this is totally right!

  • @NastyNoble1 I was a muslim but not anymore. I found the truth. Allah is the moon god, it is nothing compared to G-O-D. Islam is a pagan religion that God, the creator is going to destroy. Wake up, people. Allah is the ancient moon God that Mohammed forged to deceive us, following Islam headlong! study it for yourself! Allah is the moon god!!!! wake up! we worship a pagan god, allah

  • @righteousseed1 What religion you have adopted now? In Quran, God is never compared to the Moon, but is the owner/the creator of Moon and all that exist. Sorry to hear you left Islam, brother. May Allah bring you back to the straight path. Also do PM me the verse which made you leave Islam, so I can help you in understanding what it actually means.

  • @righteousseed1 u r a stinking hindu or cristian u r a ediut

  • @NastyNoble1 One point you are missing: Belied in the Last/Final Messenger of God (Muhammad [P.B.U.H]).

  • Thank you so much for pointing that out.

  • The reason he is speaking in English is because DUUUUHHH,..translation purpose. Why are you typing in English towards an English video.

Thx for the video. Im interested in converting. I live in Denve though.

  • @NastyNoble1 Go for it brother. I live in Texas and I converted :) ( or reverted as some prefer).

  • thank you for the translation, I always wanted to know that!

  • Why is everything in English. We pray in Arabian.

  • thank you so much it helped me.

  • Jesus is the Lord!

  • jesus (peace be upon him) is a prophet.. you are calling him lord in fact even jesus (pbu) refuses to be worshiped as lord..because He has real lord being worshiped. salam!

  • you forgot the one position of head down ass up taking it from the rear

  • OWWW, that was really beautiful from you :)

    Thanks a lot .....

  • dude...that was nice! thanks!

  • @ArifMRaquib Maybe it's just the way I've been brought up but I thought teachers were supposed to teach you how to think, not what to think. I could be wrong though, the standard of education in Islamic countries is pretty amazing, afterall.

Anyway I prefer to talk to people, not sheep, so this will be my last response to you. Take care and good luck.

  • @ArifMRaquib See, you don't really know what I'm saying because you haven't taken the time to study the issues and reflect on things from all perspectives (you obviously haven't even read the Bible or Quran). No, you prefer to have Zakir Naik do your thinking for you instead.

You don't care about the truth one way or another, you're only interested in cheering on your side no matter what. Good luck to you.

  • @ArifMRaquib Actually the Quran says that Allah sent down both the Torah and the Injeel as revelation. The Jews/Christians of Mohammed's day were told to check their scriptures to confirm Mohammed's prophethood.

The Quran doesn't say the Bible is corrupted or changed and the historical manuscripts confirm that the Bible of Mohammad's day is the same as today's. Muslims only later started to say it's corrupt when they realised the Bible disproves Mohammed's claims and therefore Islam itself.

  • @ArifMRaquib Oh no don't say "ironicly" I'll get confused.

Explaining the Jewish or Christian perspective would obviously fly right over your head and be a waste of time. However I will slowly and carefully explain how the Quran contradicts your own argument. Take a deep breath...

The Quran says that Allah himself sent down the Old & New Testaments.

  • @ArifMRaquib Wow seriously!? This is too confusing for you? If your depth of thought is this shallow then you were made for Islam.

  • @ArifMRaquib So in other words you probably haven't even read the Bible, much less any manuscripts. How does the Bible being a progressive revelation over time make it unreliable, especially compared to the Quran, for which you have to take the word of one person (Mohammed) for it's reliability?

Doesn't the Quran itself say that Allah sent down both the Torah and the Gospels and that the people of the book could refer to them to check whether Mohammed was a true prophet or not?

  • @ArifMRaquib Erm...could you unrest it for a moment and tell me which Biblical and Quranic manuscripts you have been studying to come to the conclusion that the Bible has been changed and the Quran has not?

  • @ArifMRaquib No brother, the Quran and the Bible werent exactly the same. According to the Quran, it is sent down to mankind as a whole as the last revelation prophesized by the earlier scriptures but the bible was meant only for the children of Israel. But the msg of worshipping one God and believing in His messengers were the same. The injil in the Quran is not the same as the new testament we know today as we all know the gospels were produced by various unknown authors, not Jesus himself :)

  • @ArifMRaquib That's a baseless assertion. Have you actually spent any time studying Biblical and Islamic manuscripts or are you just rehashing someone else's views? I suspect the latter unfortunately.

  • God bless u! :)

  • complete bullshit!!

    You are making god bored.

This definitely does not help you speak with god any more than just HOPING in your head, or out loud.

God DEFINITELY did not tell anybody to do this. It was just one crazy guy from the past that managed to convince a lot of people.

God DEFINITEly did not tell anybody to fly planes into buildings either.

  • Hey. Urm.. in school we're doing a project on how Muslims pray and about the actions, etc. And i was just asking if i could have your permission to use this video clip for my presentation to the class. Thank you, P.S. can you reply quickly because it's urgent thanks again

  • ya the Bible and the Quran are basicly the same in the old testiment, but in the new testiment its must different and there is all kinds of proof Jesus died on the cross

and speaking of that on the set for passion of the Christ when they were directing when Christ was dieing, lightning literally hit the actor who was acting like Jesus dieing on the cross and guess what, he didnt die now can anyone explain that?

  • God Bless you!!

  • Masha'Allah.

    May Allah reward you..!! :)

Can I just say, I have reverted last year december 28th - masha'Allah

And I have struggled to learn how to do pray since, I learned how to pray properly a couple of monthz ago - Alhamdulilah :D

I have looked everywhere on youtube and on other websites to learn how to pray, and I wished I would of found this video sooner..!! Like no one could explain it to me properly how to do it and it was making everything difficult for me..!! THANK YUU AKHI <3. xxx

  • @MuslimaahUkhtii

    Assalamo alaikum,

I have also reverted back to Islam but finding it so hard to pray in Arabic without guidance. I wish I had a friend or family to teach me as I do not want to pray incorrectly. I am trying to follow you tube videos but it is not so easy. Inshallah I will find a way but there must be one good video on You tube that explains all and slowly, which shows the words. Inshallah, I want to be a good muslim but could do with a little help in learning how to pray.

  • @Dolphina40 I'm thinking of going to Islam myself. I already know the most of the foundation because of a past relationship. Maybe we can keep in touch through this journey!

  • god bless u but u must say alkoran in arabic not in english because arabic is the language of koran like god greates u must say it like (allh akber )arabic

really my brother u must pray with saying word word in arabic to make ur pray (salat)

    in the right way

keep going and i pray for u to get a good life

  • JAZAK ALLAH KAIR AKHI

  • I like that smile!

  • ever thought god does not exist ?

  • May God give you something better than you have given us.

God love you and protect you brother.

  • when you have knowlegde about salah and the proper and best sunnah way. then you will taste the sweetness. yes there is varaitons on how to do salah none of them are wrong but some of them are stronger then others. i used to do my salah with my hands below the navel. now i do it with my hands on my chest and i put my right hand on my left forearm but the most important thing in salah is sincerity.

  • May Allah reward you inshallah!

  • 263;

Brother, Why do you watch these type of Videos , Form all that is on the you tube?.Are you interested in learning,About Islam ? Did you know 1/3 of the population in the world are Muslims ? Yes Brother ISLAM ,means PEACE , and I think you need it too.

  • XD this ir fucking wierd whats next a bomb all religion is fuck and this is more fucked up ill tell you people fuck this live your life cause once its gone you cant go back religion has never help any one its fuck with people thats why our nations fucked

  • The Prayer of SALAAT (NAMAAZ), Will ONLY be Accepted in, ARABIC .

Your SALAAT IS VOID in any other language .

Your DUAA will be Accepted in any language.

  • the pray is in arabian never in english or an another languages ! Because the Koran is writing in arabian brothers and sisters.

  • @falsykandreas it can bec ppl doesnt knw hw to say it

  • @falsykandreas i just converted to islam, but i can't speak arabian, can i still pray in english ?

  • @Shufflingboyify yes you can speak in English,..God is fluent in all languages. Remember Babylon.

  • @falsykandreas no ur wrong how about those who just become muslim and they cant learn arabic becuz they live in exempel sweden. Ur wrong buddy

  • @falsykandreas I should agree, but why would god give us al these languages if we may not practise them. I pray in my language

  • @DebbyLovesMusic because to translate something you always lose some of its meaning... because your praying to God and using his words (from the Quran) in prayer then you can't make mistakes. Thats why you learn the translation but say the prayer in its original language.

  • @falsykandreas However, those who speak a different language may pray in their language while they are learning the verses in Arabic.

  • @falsykandreas

yes but this was just an exempel :)) for people who dont know the islam and want too get too know the islam

  • @falsykandreas STRAIGHT PATH DOWN TO HELL LIKE JEZEBEL THIS IS 666. READ REVELATION13 - MECCA IS THE SNAKE PIT.

  • @falsykandreas he's just telling us the meanings so english speakers can undersand

also muslims should read the salah in arabic as the world of Allah were wrien in arabic and can not be fully be translated with same meaning to another language,

but while you are learning there is no harm, in praying in your own language till you learn it properly in arabic otherwise this discourages the new muslim not to pray

  • @falsykandreas arabian lol joker

  • Asalaam Alaikum,

jaza kAllah for this video. I learnt to read my namaaz in english when i reverted last year and I am slowly translating in to english.

may Allah bless you in all you do :)

    Salaam

  • bark allah feek

  • wow i never seen tha whole prayer in english its very different! may Allah bless u n reward u for ur efforts!

  • Asalamualaykum bro. Why pray in English?

  • Thank you for this video I am converting and I have no one to teach me how to pray :( This helps so much. Do you know of a video that teaches the prayer in arabic?

  • Poor Sunni brothers have to stand for Salat ,like the worshipers of AMUN the Egyptian God,Right hand on left hand. This Prove that Umar was an AMUN Worshiper.

  • @irooni100 You're Shia? I have seen a few Shia brothers around. :)

  • interesting, thanks for the vid.

  • it's been so longed since I've prayed....I'm trying to begin again tonight...I used to have it down pretty good when I initially converted a few years back...it's been so long.........

  • wow english namaz never seen this one #wallah

  • Thank you brother........ this helps a lot....... and its all good in english....

  • A Salaam Alikum Brother.

Thank you so much for your most informative video for those of us that are struggling to pray.

If you could brother, direct me to some video in order to learn the arabic as this information in video form is difficult to find at a slow enough pace in order to learn and follow!

    Thanks and Salaam

    A sister in Islam

  • That's really informative. But can you record how to do the prayer for a dissable person? for example the one who only has 1 leg so he/she couldn't stand up and has to sit while praying? I know the theory but still need to be sure of it. Thanks.

  • learning the english translation is the first step

  • Can you show us how to put on a suicide vest, I want to become a martyr!

  • Face down, ass up, that's the way we like to...

  • Does the prayer have to be in arabic, or you can say it in english iA?

  • @Grivenky

    an arabic brother

  • the 5time formal prayer (Salaat) has to be in arabic. no other language permissible

other informal prayers can b in other languages

  • your comments are discouraging. Wouldnt it be better to pray in English than not at all?

  • only until uve learnt the arabic pronounciations.

and learning them is must. ill soon send u some helpful material thatd help u to learn the arabic. it isnt that difficult to learn something u dont understand. I myself understand Urdu & have learnt Arabic & the same goes for all the other non-arab muslims

  • Nice, this is by miles the best salah how-to video on youtube

  • Thank you very much to You Tube !!!

    Wassalam.

  • Thank you brother for this illustration but I would like to tell you that in 4:20 position you had to say Allahumm-aghfir lee, warhamnee, wajburnee, warfanee, wadhinee, wa Aafinee, Warzuqnee. (Oh, God! Forgive me, have mercy on me, strengthen me raise my rank, guide me, pardon me and sustain me.)

  • r u an Ehle-Hadith bro?

    (no offence intended!)

  • @shq007pk That's what you supposed to say in that position. Does that make angry?

  • i dont say that. Im a sunni muslim & ive gotta frnd whose an ehle-hadith & once during an informal discussion he told me about saying something in Salaat which i didnt know about. it dosent make me angry @ all. there r only minor differences in The Sunni prayer & the ehle-hadith prayer. very minor to be precise

  • @shq007pk I'm sunni too brother and if u search in how to pray videos you'll find that after the 1st prostration u should say Allahumma Eghferli Warhamni 1 or 3 times but not keep silent 4 a second like he did. That's what I know, u can ask if u want. salam
