You get the goth outfit when you complete a certain level in time trial.

On the PSP version she can't jump up from the ledge, I am attempting to jump directly onto the ledge from the vine.

Yeah it is really good, has the same layout as on the PC, but not quite as good graphics, still looks very impressive, still my number 1 platformer on PSP, if only they would release Sonic Adventure for PSP, like that would happen :(
