@GeneStarwind09 i've already watched the show like 50 times. but melfina was made, using the writings in that ruin, she's not the typical bio android because khan couldn't decipher some of the writing so she had a certain degree of mystery about her. as we later find out she's the key to the leyline, and she was made for that purpose. my point is, she was definitely man made, and they could have made another bio android just like her, using the same methods.

@tlsgs16 Unlike Harry, she wasn't "made" from the ground up. She was a discovery at first, indeed. And from Khan and co.'s findings at the Grave of the Dragon, using what they found, Melfina was constructed. You should also consider who or what made The Grave of the Dragon. It was an ancient race—a race clearly far superior to "terrans", but without giving away too many spoilers, it is clear they have more similarities to terrans than any other race.

I think terrans are their descendants.

@GeneStarwind09 its pretty safe to say that they are. and what are you saying, that maybe melfina is a clone of some kind? it would make sense if she was, being that the wall in the ruin reacted with her as if she herself belonged there. and it would also explain why she is able to navigate through the leyline besides the fact that she's the maiden. if this were the case then we wouldn't even be able to classify her as a bio android.

caster vs caster. im not 100% sure, but i think that other than appearance, the biggest difference between gene and ron's guns is that mcdougal's gun seems to be more designed for defending against similar attacks while gene was designed with raw power in mind. not really a lot of evidence to go by, but that's the impression ive gotten from all the times ive seen outlaw star.

She's a calm character that, absolutely does not like violence in any way.
