  • hyperventilation is not only associated with asthma but also anxiety, which ruins conscious breathing habits. you regulate your breathing when you are unconscious by regulating it when you are conscious. by restoring a proper pattern of breathing during the day (thru buteyko), you will naturally begin to breathe better at night.

  • ok you sound like you know what youre talking about. my breathing habits were ruined by anxiety and thats why i have had sleep apneas. i dont have obstructive sleep apneas. good luck dude enjoy your life
