@Snip4rL3g4nd Depends what staeg your at. The romans are best at the start, but once the greeks are fully upgraded then their spartan warriros can defeat romes best easily! Its quite funny to send in an army which is 100% spartan and watch the romans die so easily xD

just for an overview, alexander the great actually conquered most of the known world and at the time he did pritty much rule the world. Just remember that there is no mililtary genera,l in the whole of the entire history man, no other military general has ever matched alexanders achievments! he is a hereo in my books and should be honored till the end of the world :)

I agree that the Romans were definitely VERY awesome, but I will always hold Sparta as my favorite nation in ancient history for their battle of 300 vs a million. No other faction in history has been able to hold such a massive tide of enemies and take such glory. Only thing is that they remained very small. That was probably because all their male citizens were warriors though lol

hey do you hate types of soldiers in your game. heres how to get them out of the game for good.1 find your rome total war file .2 find the file data in the rome total war file.3 find a notepad in it called export_descr_unit and double click on it. 4 find the soldier you dont want and highlight the other stuff and delete. WARNING IF YOU DELETE ANYTHING ELSE THAN THE UNIT YOU DONT WANT THE GAME WILL CRASH BEFORE YOU GET TO THE MAIN MENU. and also you can make your own soldier with the scripts
