It's all about Fast twitch and slow twitch muscle, fast = short bursts of strong explosive power, slow, long, continuous power, this guy probably can't arm wrestle worth shit.

If I a white man with slow twitch genetics goes to the gym for a year and does nothing but fast twitch exercises (Hi weight, low rep), he will jump high and lose all form of muscle endurance. No such things as jumping genetics.

@Roflbrowser Actually, there is such a thing as jumping genetics. It means you have the proper structure, nervous system, endocrine system and adaptability to jumping. Sure it doesn't mean too much if you don't jump and train and all that, but it is what it is.

Some of these people could sit on their butts all day and would still jump a lot because of their structure (long legs, long tendons, stiff tendons etc etc etc).

@boutdempapers lebron doesn't have a 46 inch vert of on leg....he is 6 8 and gets the top of his head around the rim...so from the top of his head to the rim is 40 inchs tops and thats a running vert...measuring vert is from a stand still...so kemp and t dub don't have 50" verts either other wise they could stand under the rim jump and hit there heads against it..running verts they are def close to 50

Vince's dunks seem spectacular on camera, but if you looks closely you can see his isn't jumping very high. With a standing reach of 8'10 you don't need much jumping to dunk a basketball.
