• aye mann thts tight! thats something u do not see everyday!

  • IDOL!

  • where is this gym located?

  • i dont understand why people think he's being a show off and everything. why? because ive met him first hand. i train mma at his gym every week he has shown me a few moves or so so he definitely knows his shit. come pass by our gym if u think u can take him on

  • damnnnnn, congrats, i wish to be a black belt too, one day, how long did it take you?

  • @sk8pirata No worries bro, you'll get there soon enough

  • @DarkHadouXS thx

  • Wow, I am filipino, and there is SO much HATE on this video. I also train at a Gracie school, and 1st of all, I am happy to be training BJJ in the 1st place and glad that its available to almost everyone. And I also know how achieving a BB in BJJ is the hardest to do in any martial art...I do not know Alvin Aguilar but I am just proud and praise him for getting his BB especially from a Gracie school...and also accomplishing something for ALL filipinos. CONGRATS

  • @mvp04nv you're one of the few intelligent posters for this video, glad to see some love shown for Alvin. I agree getting a BB in BJJ is mad props and being the first Filipino in GB to get it, really awesome.

  • @DarkHadouXS Thank you man, yeah hopefully I can be the 1st filipino under Charles Gracie haha.

  • Congrats bro!

  • You are so desperate for cash, you would let me come in your mom's mouth for 4 pesos. haha

  • the mother jokes are old and retarded... can't u come up with something original? you dumb fuck. you really are a spoilled little shit head.. in reality you cant fight worht shit.

  • At least I can spell, loser.

  • buddy don't even compare, i'm mensa material, you cock sucking shit whore. your mother jokes are old. you really are fucking creative. just goes to show how fucking retarded you are.hhahahahha. you fucking idiot. spoiled little american shit who sits at home in front of his dad bought computer and than jerks off to porn cause he can't get any.

  • 1. I am from Thailand. 2. I'll kick your ass in BOTH BJJ and Muay Thai.

More like menses material you little bitch.

  • hahahahahahhahha... you can wipe my asshole -- with your tongue.. you fucking bitch!

  • Sorry, my foot is already there.

  • .. that foot you thoughtr was in my ass was in your grandma's dirty twat. all this time you thought it was me screaming for joy. hahahhahaha.

  • @moelicious416 eeeww.. u serious u want some1 to lick your a-hole?

  • Wow...Professor Kazeka awarded you your BB. Congrats. My son trained with Professor Kazeka in the states.

  • who was the one who granted his belt...?

  • MANNY PACQUIAO PA RIN AKO!! GO PACMAN!! hehe

  • when i first joined my bjj school like the first week i saw this guy get his black belt he was visiting from europe but he was a friend of my instructors

  • Alvin can only fight in international competitions cause he's a black-belt already. well, that's what i know.

  • nice comment...did alvin threaten you that's why you made this comment. i feel sorry for you.

  • dude, i said, that's what i know. if i'm wrong, then i'm wrong. haha.

  • you don't seem like a gangster (like alvin), so I'd take back my comment and apologize for it...it's just that i'm sick of Alvin and they way he and his team is associated with BJJ...I also train in BJJ and I don't want his reputation giving bad image to this wonderful sport and martial arts. And most of all I have those who praise him. That's all.

  • Try to search on YOUTUBE "BONG BLANCO MUAYTHAI KICK'' and watch if he can be the next champion thanks

  • nakalaban ba si alvin aguilar sa kahit isang mma fight?? he keeps on saying his knowledge on the sport but i never saw him in action.. correct me if i'm wrong in this one

  • In the US you have to prove yourself in battle to prove your claim, like most BJJ fighters (Anderson Silva, BJ Penn, GSP) Unfortunately you're in the Philippines, you just have to take his word, or else...pagbigyan nyo na siya pati mga excuses nya...dyan siya masaya...

  • Naku po! mga Gracie Barra. Mukhang Mas Magaling pa sa inyo ang mga taga-NEW BREED JIUJITSU at KAMPHUIS-FABRICIO JIUJITSU.

  • NEW BREED!!!!!!

  • I too am a flip :)

  • no ur just a yank. real filipinos are who was born in philippines.

  • That was articulate. and how would you know wheter or not i was born in the philippines?

  • stop being a childish idiot. many a filipino are born abroad and uphold the filipino traiditions and are able to speak tagalog. just nationalistic bigots like you ruin our reputation overseas.

  • I have to agree Jiu Jitsu is far more effective when it comes down to 1vs1 with no interuptions..as for 1 vs 2 or more.... id rely on striking...far because if u try to submit someone the other guy could be breaking bottles over your head...

But jiu jitsu is fun and I love it

And I never doubt another martial arts

    Gracie Barra 4 Life

  • honestly if you go up against ONE big dude jiu jitsu would be hella useful. but if its 2 or more then id rely on striking. Gracie Barra actually has a dojo(correct term?) here in Cebu.

  • wats the name of the song!! in the beginning when he was getting his black belt!

  • Idol Sir Alvin!!!

  • sana wala nang talangkaan, jiu jitsu anyways is just one form of an art sa MMA, parang 3points or slamdunk baga sa basketball, kumbaga ang Basketball ang MMA,doesnt mean na magaling ka sa jiu jitsu eh magaling ka na sa MMA,kasi ang raming BJJ black belt all over the world eh sablay pagdating sa MMA.pero Aguilar has the potential to be the first pure pinoy MMA champ so sana habang bata pa mag MMA na sya, we'll be supporting him at sana wala nang talangkaan

  • true but i would say that having a ground game is far more important to own than standing up. the majority of fights will go to the ground and even the smallest amount of BJJ training will go a long way to keep your face from getting smashed in diba?

  • well, with all due respect,...I admire ALL fighting styles. Honestly, I am more of a STRIKER,..and it has saved my face, arse , my life and my dad's from several attacks on the street( I'm a HOT headed driver yah know:) ). So I guess it really depends on the person himself/hesrelf who uses the art. so, which is more important? Based on experience, BOTH! Not bragging, but I've also defended msyelf against 3 attackers with pure striking. anyways,......I sure hope to learn more grappling.

  • oh for sure! in selfdefense i would definately say that striking is better. i know theres a whole jiu jitsu revolution and everything and everyones on the bandwagon, but i also train FMA and im sure i would try and whack someone with something before i would try to wrestle them. I train in fighting dirty too, just because i know im not going to be in mma anytime soon i prepare myself for street fighting (i play in US PBA and theres a lot of hot headed people). groin kick or eye jab > arm bar =]

  • Now that's what I call a Real Martial Artist: Open minded and none-biased. I don;t know u personally, but I do amdire your openess. I am also very interested to go back to FMA,sadly, coz of my bz sked,...:( anyways,....may I know what's US PBA? Is that the Basketball thingie? :) I also truly agree with you that a LOT of peepz d world all over juz jump on the BJJ/MMA bandwagon,..its really sad man......

  • thanks man. FMA is awesome for disarming weapons and street fighting. you should really get into it, just be prepared for blisters from using the sticks. I've been watching pride>ufc since 2001ish. it's so funny to see people in tap out gear that dont train. It's even better to see blue belts that get tapped out by friends that are white belts. =] Again, in MMA most of the fights will end up on the ground at some point, thats why i say that bjj is more dominant.

  • it's rare for fighters to fight a clean boxing/kickboxing match. it usually ends up in a clinch, so its also good to train judo. jumping on the bandwagon is one thing, but the media is covering mma the wrong way. are you filipino by the way? PBA/PBL are filipino basketball leagues that are ran around north america, and filipinos are naturally hot headed so its good to be prepared. ESPECIALLY WHEN WE HAVE CITY VS CITY TOURNAMENTS... lol

  • Yeh but don't forget when it goes to the ground in a real life fighting situation, your not looking to submit them it's on the ground in the street where people will stand to kick your head in, so at that point BJJ becomes pretty pointless.

  • yeah, click the view all comments. i've been talking with eric052778 about the whole thing. i train FMA kali/eskrima/arnis aswell so i know. haha.

  • kyle592,

i agree. if someone lands on the ground, he/she did something wrong and jiujutsu might prove useless. but it`s effective against 1 adversary.

  • gusto kong maging black belt

  • The strangest thing is that everyone wants to see how good Alvin is. Well their gym is always open to all who wants to watch him or challenge him. Unfortunately not of these keyboard warriors with crab mentality ever showed up in their gym. I have no idea why people think of him as "mayabang".

  • @dizzydean STRONGLY AGREE :)

  • @dizzydean TAMA! haters gonna hate! Good to know that BJJ is growing here and he's a catalyst for the sport :D

  • good job eggot!

  • Saludo ko say'o sir alvin! a very good example of tru filipino... dumaan sa hirap n now harvesting his hardships.

  • Alvin Aguilar should join BJJ tournaments

respect to mr.Alvin Aguilar for getting the black belt.and why do you hate this guy?

  • c royce pala nag bigay ng blackbelt nya.. bjj ata pna ka accurate na nag bibigay ng belt..more than 10 years to get a black.. anyone have an idea how long mr aguilar got his? gus2 ko sana mkita syang lumaban sa isang gi-bjj match with nate diaz(bjj brown belt under ceasar gracie)..

  • hehehehe diaz is a monster

  • Comment removed

  • ah ewan ko sanyo

  • Anyone knows when is URCC Cebu 2?

  • bakit hindi sya lumalaban sa ufc tingnan natin galing with the other fighter

  • wala naman sa belt yung laro. look chuck liddel is only brown belt in bjj. babalu is only fighter ng gracie barra na magaling sa mma at lahat wala na. kung under siya brazilian top team o renzo gracie bjj at black belt xa hahanga ako sa kanya. proud ako sa kanya pero hindi ganun.

  • awesome!

  • congrats pare

  • GJ m8

  • why u pipol hate dis guy..i mean, have a little respect..kahit malayo ako sa pinas and watever happens im proud to be a Gracie Jiu Jitsu Practitioner...

  • It's all about crab mentality

  • Dude i put my bet on a BJJ guy than a any stand up fighters.... I do muay thai here in NZ and just starting bjj...and I know that u gonna get ass kick if u fight this guy...

  • mayabang ka brad. always remember that mma is a defensive act. hindi pang yabang. e kung tutukan ka ng baril ng 5 tao kaya mo pa? utak ang ginagamit na ngayon.

  • oooh keyboard warrior, so scary!

  • What's up with all the hate? We should be trying to bring each other up, not down.

Whatever flaws Alvin may have doesn't warrant a shooting, lol. That's completely twisted. I certainly hope Alvin is decent, considering our BJJ curriculum is under Kazeka also. One thing I know, at my small school, all our colored belts rock.

I don't see the big deal of getting beat in an MMA match or tapped out in a BJJ/grappling match. As long as your learning.

MYLES PIVIS VS ALVIN AGUILAR PLSSSSSSS!

  • i say dat would be a very good fight MILES VIVES vs. ALVIN AGUILAR i hope it happens and i hope it would be on a cage

  • i doubt that will happen. lol. i would love to see them grapple against each other in abu dabi though.

  • very cool

  • i know alvin aguilar that faggot from la salle taft got shot by my homeboys a few years back. next time ill make it a head shot you fuckin fag!!!

  • Dang man. You're talking about shooting the guy. It looks like he's making more of an impact than the hatred you are spewing. Reply back.

  • he's just a fucking coward wont fight scared of my reputation as a true fighter.

  • Myles from new breed chicago? different from villacampo...wouldnt that be like indentity fraud? lol

  • YUP! They're different peepz,...and I know the story about this 2 and alvin,..altho this ain't the place to state such.

BJJ is really GOOD, juz like any other Martial ARt,....

  • gotcha. its crazy that you respond to a comment i made 8 months ago 0_0.

  • Anyone know this Myles Vives guy from Newbreed? Is he the same person as MYles Villacampo? They look very similar. Will Alvin or myles roll with

anyone? You can generally tell how good someone is by rolling with them.

  • different "myles" man. the last names should have been enough. i will not go into details.

  • congrats!!

  • I lived in the PI in the late 90's. i think a lot of the

martial artists were pumped up on "hype" rather than what is for real. There was some guy named "myles" that was more like a serious ass. In 98 I met a BJJ black belt from Canada. He was pinoy but was like me, grew up in north anerica. That guy was a beast. Short, stocky, and powerful. I think he tapped that myles guy in a couple minutes. I think his name was Ricco, something like that.

  • what?

  • i smell bullshit!!!!!

  • alvin became famous becoz of his street fights.. he is not just a jiu-jitsu stylist.. he is also a kickboxer and a weapon expert.. but most important of all he is a nice person and a good leader. mabuhay ang pinoy

  • for all those posters (and posers) who've been asking for a video of his fights, have you even tried using the search function?!? it's been uploaded nearly a year ago.

Anyway, for a good preview of some of his old school fights, try typing these keywords: "graciebarra ph alvin aguilar" ...ENJOY!

  • RioHeroes(.com) --- LIVE Sept 1st
Great Bone Breaking Fights
Bet with BetCRIS(.)com

  • bro congtz, hey can u tell me what is the name of that song, the song at the end... thanks.

  • Tama ka chatensekz! first brazilian jiu jitsu blackbelt hahaha! hind sa blackbelt napapatunayan yan sa ring yan makikita! because ive known a guy whose blackbelt in kyokusin karate for 7 yrs na ginulpi lng ng yawyan na nag aral pa lng ng art na yun for 4 yrs! its not about the belt its about the artist and u should prove it in the ring men! dont be angry men its just a comment! prove to me ur a great fighter and everybody respect you!

  • they give him blackbelt simply because he start MMA in the philippines and give good reputations to Gracie barra jiujitsu nothing else.. Respect?as a fighter u'll only be respect base on your fight.. show and prove what u can..i believe he doesnt deserve that...does anybody seen alvin fight?if so upload the video!

  • @WireleAF -- 13thSentinel is right, earning a Brazilian Jiujitu Blackbelt is really hard, often a 8-15 years process. that makes your blackbelt in karate and brown belt in aikido look like chickenshit. so you gotta give Alvin the respect he deserves.

GO PACMAN!!!

  • nice

  • ako walang kwenta??? BLACKBELT AKO SA KENPO KARATE AT BROWN BELT SA AIKIDO! GUs2 mu Pumunta ka SA GYM namen sa MAKATI NG BASAGAIN KU YANG MUKA MO!!!

  • haha ok tong kupal na to ah maangas!

  • this message is a reply for wireleaf!gratz for the black belt!

  • ive actually grappled with 2 6th dan aikido blackbelts when they tried training with us. one didnt come back, the other enrolled to our gym the day after. lol. and im just a whitebelt, im not even the best our team has to offer =p

  • so dude your kenpo karate blackbelt and aikido brownbelt cant even compare to a flaming pile of dogshit. mr aguilar will destroy you

  • all martial arts has its own strengths and weaknesses. if you have money it is better to train in all martial arts to gain more knowledge and skills. defeating 2 6th dan aikido black belt doesnt mean you can defeat other martial artist who knows a new white belt from other martial arts will defeat you. don't brag your learning, skills and winning because you didn't know your enemy's ability. one day you might be a victim of hold-up and you can do nothing but ended up in hospital or funeral.

  • i think you should read the whole argument before butting in into other people's conversation man.. just my 2 cents

  • i've read it that's why i posted comments against you because you are haughty

  • dude, the guy was bragging about his stupid belts and threatening to kick somebody's ass and you still take his side? its either ur someone who just like to rant like they know what theyre talking about or just taking that aikido guy's dick up ur ass

  • i don't take sides, i'm still virgin. i only hate people who are braggart about their skills in martial arts. my blackbelt karate instructor was rude so i shouted him and ready for battle if he did a wrong move against me. trivia, a judo & nursing student in ust became a victim of hold-up and gunned to death. a karate blackbelt's head was hit by a scum in the street. how this thing happened to you what will you do, don't boast your skills ok, you can defeat others but you cannot defeat all

  • they are aikido blackbelts. you defeated them...wow, 1 more win then you'll qualify to be a god...well, i grappled with 2 6th dan cat (kitten actually) one didn't come back, the other enrolled the other day. ulol. and i'm just a whitebelt, i'm not even the best our team has to offer :) ... hello...even dogs go to school, so should you...it sharpens the mind...believe me...

  • ALVIN FIRST FILIPINO GRACIE JIU JITSU! hahahahaha pinagyayabang nya yan eh hindi nga lumalaban yan kahit sa URCC nya! walang kwenta yan kala mu malupet GRACIE BARRA BULOK! PANAY YABANG NAGAGAWA MU BA ANG JIU-JITSU SA KALYE O KUNG BAYAGAN KA MAGAGAMIT MU PA BA YUN! wAHAHAHAH ALVIN TANGA BOBO LUMABAN KA NG MAPATUNAYAN KUNG) MAGALING KA TALAGA PRO KA GANYAN WALA KA NAMAN KWENTA!

  • Hey idiot! What the fuck do you care? Insecure ka? You're one of the reasons why we filipinos are tagged with crab mentality. And who cares who he teaches. Everyone deserves to make a living. Get a life man!

  • WHO CARESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!

  • well said pareng dgtalcue

  • "No matter how you may excel in the art of self-defense, nothing is more important than your behavior and your humanity as observed in daily life."

  • hinde triskelion yan TBS yan! HAHAHAA

  • is he still fighting??

  • Did Alvin studied under Rorion Gracie?

  • Respect the guy. You should be proud he's pinoy, hindi yung mamaliitin nyo pa. Crab mentality talaga. Respeto kahit anu pang discipline pa yan.

  • Onga :-).Imbes n mging kontrapelo e bat d nlng suportahan o kya wg nlng mgComment ng negative. Mhhusay ang mga pinoy at maabilidad kya lng hilig kumontra pg di xa ang bida hehe(no offense mga bro).Renzo Gracie & his team r stil dominating d (IFL) so I guess Gracie's r stil in d game & d team Barra last fight @d Mall of Asia BJJ Pan-Asia Challenge last May was cool.

  • first filipino gracie??? hahahahaha!!! ur fucken crazy man....

  • I met Carlinhos and Roger Gracie the other day, they're mad cool! I cant wait to go to the philippines so i can train at the gracie barra over there

  • Wahhhh Sali ako!! heheheh ;)

  • End was funny, lol!

  • AY my Dad wants to know where in the Philippines is this at---> Where do you guys train. And who's the name of the Gracie Barra instructor.

Next time he comes to the PI, he wants to train there (I think).

  • your dad can go to the red corner gym at the hotel intercontinental manila and inquire there.

  • Okay thanks bro.

  • go dlsu chapter galing ni sir alvs....astig

  • yeah alvin's a fag and most of his dlsu students and trikelion bros!!!! pussy ass niggas!!!!!!!!!!

  • well done alvin =)

  • the Brazilian said here: "you're asking a black belt, then you have one". Then ask again he might promote some of you guys and be the 2nd pilipino to achieve black belt from a foreign martial art. I hope you guys here know FMA, one of the great martial arts or traditional art in the world. Anyway congrats to the guy!

  • nakakapagod naman pumalo he he he!

well any way congrat! alvin for being the first blackbelt here in P.I

    Pugay!
