a burger used to be something relatively healthy.. [grilled REAL meat+REAL bread+fresh veggies&cheese] --barely 300 calories, plus these ingredients are actually good for you.

i recommend never eating fast food. just stick to making the burger yourself on your grill or something.

..your waistline, arteries, liver..etc, and heart will thank you~
