  • Hey Ralfy,

I'm trying to start a whisky club over here in Saskatchewan Canada so I am throwing a little party. Just wondering what sorts of food you would recommend to serve with fine single malts (if I could find good haggis around here I would I would get some but I am afraid that I wouldn't!!!)?

    Thanks

... buttered toast (not kidding, it's great).

and also Oatcakes, plain chocolate, and assorted nibbly-stuff.

NO chilli, garlic, curry, aniseed as this will ruin your taste.

Have plenty jugs of water and water glasses.

  • after our Scotland roadtrip with some friends a whisky meeting is in the planning. Sharing the bottles we bought and speaking our minds about the nose and taste. :) Love your creative postings and keep on the good work!
