If enough people decided atheists were christians, would atheists accept this, of course they wouldn't and neither should they and that is because the truth is not decided by vote, the laws of logic cannot be accounted for by atheists like many things, they have their feet planted firmly in the air.

Additionally, it's not that the atheists do not reason or use reason, it's that they cannot account for nor ground the Laws of Logic.
Furthermore a non-universal (all the matter in motion in the cosmos) cannot account for a universal (the Law of Non-contradiction).
A mutable cosmos fails to account for nor can it ground an immutable (the Law of Identity).
