I noticed right after you got grabbed that you continued your kill streak without it resetting to 0. How do you pull that off?

@DrummahMike You can pull it off by doing the counter grab followed by instant kill if your momentum is still going.

Quick question, how do you do the throwing knife combo? I did it once by accident and sat there for five minutes in shock.

@chinnygan Hold down the attack button as you execute a kill move and hold in the direction you want to do a combo throwing knife
