Thanks for the comment! ^_^ Yeah, I didn't think it was possible until I looked up that it could be done. I imagine this was more of an unintentional bug than a proper way to beat him, but it is a time-consuming possibility, lol.

I'm honestly not sure, I know a few of the original glitches retained their properties, but I'm not sure which ones they fixed and which ones they left alone. Greenalink, a rather prolific author of YouTube Zelda videos, says nothing about a Silver Arrow or Ganon changes in his list of changes videos, so I assume it still works.
Yeah, I know I did, I was playing WAAAAAAAAAAY too conservatively halfway through that final phase. Still, I guess it made it a bit epic too to beat it that way, lol.
Yar, we'll see if I have time for the MMX project. The project itself should be a lot faster then my Zelda playthru, since the stages would be significantly shorter, I'm hoping.
Well, you'll at least have red armour which with substantially decrease the amount of damage you take xD You have no idea how much I was wishing I had even blue armour, would of saved me a whole lot of hassle.
Good job on beating this game...I didn't think it was possible to defeat Ganon without the Silver Arrows. 5/5

You cut that final hit WAY too close man! Gotta say this is excellent work! Major props on completing the game like this.
And a No Damage/Minimalist run of Megaman X....that my friend would be a sight to see! I'd probably attempt X2 myself for Minimalist.
