  • I've been searching high and low for information about healing fibroids naturally -- this is by far the best video I've found. Thanks for posting!

  • curtis dunkin's video on fibroids is mislead'g bcause it gets N2 no specifics-his videos just tells a women 2 stay away from black hair products, which sounds ridiculous when u can't go N2 specifics-as 2 which blk hr care product 2 avoid by identifying them from their lables! 2 avoid them all-then give us another alternative. Don't tell me that I must give up hair products without an alternative. 1 thing ur right N-I don't use BLACK hair products which r just greasy grease!

  • I like this video, because it addresses specifics- this mess about cut out black hair products for black females- sounds ridiculous & male shovanistic! and stupid without getting N2 specifics of which blk hair product 2 avoid.

  • I wish I've known this information before my hysterectomy.

  • You can pray first. There is a revival happening in Toronto Canada at Bethel Kingdom Ministries its spreading like a wild fire. Many people are being healed as they walk through the doors, many have felt and seen the presence of God's angels. Fibroids have also been healed through the lay on of hands and prayer.

  • wish she had been my dr before i got as big as a watermelon

  • Can we use magnets instead of the castor oil pack? Magnets increase blood flow and are not messy!

Also, I used to use Vitalzym, but got tired of taking so dang many pills every day. Now I am using Zymessence for my systemic enzymes. What is your opinion of Zymessence?

  • where can i get sestimic enzymes from? what foods or vitamins should i be eating?

  • I am getting surgery done now. tried the enzyme but too late.

  • When I tried them I felt relief from long time (years) of loose bowels and bloating everytime I ate practically. I was nice to have a solid bowel, it had been so long!

  • Nigella,

Have you had your surgery yet? How long did you try the enzymes for? I had the same symptoms you did...soft bowels, bloating, etc. Since taking enzymes, bowels are normal...after YEARS! I don't know if it's helping the fibroids though. I've been battling these damn things since 2001. What kind of surgery did you have, UAE?

  • Hi! sorry so late in responding. Yes, I have had the surgery (3hrs 2 dr's, 13 cysts and fibroidsk, 1/3 lbs.). It went well and I am still on depo lupron and now taking estrogen. I had to loose1/2 of each ovary. I took the enzymes for 1 mos. Your right! It sure made me digest better than I had in years and right way! I had forgotten what normal bowels felt like!

  • After I get off the therapy (to rid myself of lingering endometriosis) I will go back on them I think, but since the surgery my bowel are pretty normal, I just have loose b. w/ some milk products. And the enzymes help with that I think, but dont remember for sure. Bikini cut lower abdomen and they took out of my uterus, inter and intramuscular, on outside and 2 cysts on each ovary. My stomach is no longer craxy bloated. What does UAE mean?

  • Hi nigella. Glad you are feeling better! UAE is Uterine Artery Embolization. They basically block blood supply to the blood vessels that feed the fibroids. This causes fibroids to die off. But it has some risks. I think the enzymes really do help in the long run. I also started taking DIM and Indole-3- carbinol. They are supposed to lower your estrogen levels. Good luck and tell us how your progress is.

  • maybe you need to see a gynaecologist!

  • Proteolytic enzymes are protein-digesting enzymes such as bromelain and serrapeptase. There is also an expensive serrapeptase-containing formula called Neprinol that you can find on the Internet, but you can probably obtain similar results with products like Doctor's Choice Serrapeptase. You must take these on a completely empty stomach with water. As for visiting a gynecologist, there seems to be little they can do for fibroids short of hysterectomy, myomectomy or uterine artery embolization.

  • That is who diagnosed me, a gynecologist, I do my research too though, to see if there is anything less invasive and more natural than just run to get surgery based on one doctors opinion. I also check to see the latest treatment and to make sure that the surgery is absolutely necessary, not just a quick fix to make a doctor rich.

  • Where do you get systemic protyalitic enzymes? How do you take it? I actually need to know. I just got diagnoses with this. My uterus is 3x size it should be. I am very concerned and kind of scared.
