  • Stupid fucking pigs! They should be fired if they don't know the law fucking basters!

  • An ass is an ass black or white

  • I guess you were rigth, they didn´t arrest you, and they ran like cowards when they realize that you know your rigths

  • people are so stupid. if a cop doesnt want to be in a freaking video dont video tape them

  • @Chabbychub I think it is very important to video peace officers when they are acting outside the constitution of your land.

  • I really hope that you get fucked up!!!!!

  • @nahpoli ME TOO!

  • Taxing the rich won't do us any good. How would you feel if you worked hard for your wealth and some broke idiot with a camera and a knack for pissing off law enforcement wanted to take more of your money just because he doesn't have as much as you? That's why we have tax brackets, to make the wealthy pay a higher, yet fair, tax rate. People like you need to be silenced, or get a girlfriend, because you have way too much time on your hands.

  • The cop won't even tell you his own name, which he is required to do, and he holds his hat up to hide his face. What a chickenshit coward.

  • thats one nasty ass lake...especially for Michigan

  • "You cannot escape"! Funniest mother fucking thing in the video

  • fat pig

  • You should have disarmed the fat black cop and shot him with is own gun for endangering your life. As for the hillbilly who witnessed the fat fuck's criminal behavior just fuck his wife or dog - they both smell the same.

  • I love your videos "savemyrepublic" Your one of the few guys who has the ball's to back up his mouth. Unlike the fat troll's living in there mom's basements.

  • Man, I would like to say, thank you for doin what your doin. I hate how our government and law is. Humans take power to their heads.

  • White guy=nice

    nigger=douche

  • you have the right to film anyone in a public place. any laws passed to prevent filming gov't agents are patently illegal and in violation of the constitution. all lawmakers voting in favor of such a law should immediately be subjected to a recall vote and charged with treason

  • That cop broke at least 2 laws that I seen , he assaulted you with no provocation , then he refused to give his name an badge number which he is required to do on request. Also you were in no restricted area to require such actions

  • DUde if your going to do what you do, you can't be scared.. lol

  • @ebayisajoke Easier said than done. If you don't get nervous around guys with guns who could assault you and throw you in a cage with little to no accountability, then you're probably a psychopath.

  • @1775novten no it just means a badge and a gun doesn't scare me.

  • ONE WORD TO DESCRIBE WHAT I JUST SAW, BLACK MAN WITH A LEGAL GUN. AND THAT WORD IS N_ GG _ R !!!!!!!!! I'D LIKE TO BYE A VOWEL PLEASE. AN "E" . PAT I WOULD LIKE TO SOLVE THE PUZZLE. WHAT WE HIRE WHEN WE ARE FORCE NOT TO HIRE THE MOST QUALIFIED BUT INSTEAD WE MUST MAINTAIN OUR QUOTA. THATS CORRECT. BLUE GUM SPEAR CHUCKEN TAR BABY SPADES SHIT DAM FUCK.

  • @sylvrbullets you forgot knuckle-dragging-silverback and swamp-running porch-monkey. an example of affirmative action in action. another example? the nigger living in government housing on Pennslyvania Ave DC.he got a taxpayer funded free ride to Harvard that a smarter white man never could, then convinced enough left wing dumbfucks that 1 term as a state senator and a hopey-changey plan was all it takes to run this country. just when I think people can't get any dumber they prove me wrong

  • @sylvrbullets OH! Sorry, Wrong Letter, Let me give you a hint to solve the puzzle. Someone who people do not like to be around, people who irritate others. CAN I BUY A VOWEL PLEASE. AN " A " . PAT, I WOULD LIKE TO SOLVE THE PUZZLE....NAGGAR

  • sure looks like he is wearing a life jacket to me.

  • This Pig don't know the most basest of laws, What a dumb ass..

    Affirmative Action at its best.

  • YOU ARE A PATHETIC OLD MAN, YOU DRIVE AROUND HARASSING & PROVOKING OFFICERS. I HOPE YOU GO TO JAIL AND THEY PUT YOU IN A CELL WITH THE BIGGEST GAYEST LAW BREAKER THEY HAVE.

  • @ajuados Why should someone be jailed, just because you don't agree with what they are doing? He is trying to do us all a service by holding our government agents accountable. Don't you want that? Or do you want them to go unchecked? Do you think this agent acted professionally? What did he aggressively approach the citizen like that and try to intimidate him? Is he a peace officer or a thug with a badge?

  • @1775novten thug with a badge. police are nothing more than gov't sponsored gangs militarized and taught to believe citizens are the enemy. look at vids of Hurricane Katrina and the military coming into neighborhoods conducting warrantless searches and confiscating legal firearms while threatening and in some cases beating law abiding citizens. watch the 250lb cop take an 84 year old woman to the ground and break her arm. that was just a practice run for a nationwide emergency

  • @1775novten answer is #2 thug with a badge. thank affirmative action and the public unions

  • @36mauijim I agree he is a thug with a badge and I'm disappointed that the other two cowardly agents just stood by and let him do whatever he wanted. They are just as liable for what happened and they should be ashamed.

  • Is this at point moulee?

  • @noahsark1962 Sterling State Park, Thank you Mr. Sterling for your great donation to the citizens of Michigan. And thank you tax payers for maintaining a most amazing place.

  • they need to be recorded because their so fucking dumb

  • @jgraybulldog Not to nitpick, but if you're going to call someone dumb, at least spell "they're" correctly, haha.

  • @1775novte which college did u attend so i can get that figured out

  • @jgraybulldog It was only a joke - don't take it personally. I'm on your side and also agree they should be recorded.

  • @BigDaddyMe77 Amen!

  • someone please explain to me why people wish to put them in a situation like this ? ... stop being a retard recording officers that are obviously not doing anything wrong and wait untill they are and you wont get approached by them ... stupid is as stupid does ... i dont walk into a tiger cage and exspect to not get eatin

  • @BigDaddyMe77 So you expect for government agents to eat us? He was recording them because of the huge campaign they had about wearing life jackets yet they themselves weren't wearing them. You do realize that the gov records you everyday right? So why are citizens "retarded" for recording them? There is no way you can claim that agent acted professionally and isn't a power drunk thug hiding behind a badge.

  • @1775novten novton, I can not tell you how very much I appreciate your support. I have had moments where I thought about deleting this whole channel. Sure, I knew there would be negative comments, but its disappointing with all the name calling with out the commenter ever addressing the content of a video. I am concerned about our country's future, and for now I do feel this is the best forum to express my displeasure of whats going on. I have seen changes with local Police. Thanks

  • @flightlinefantasy I'm a bit baffled as well as to how many people think it is appropriate for government agents to be abusive to citizens who are watching them and questioning what they are doing. To me I find it odd that citizens don't watch to hold our gov agents accountable and ask them questions about what they are doing. I guess it just shows how affective the gov has been in its quest to make its citizens good little obedient sheep who never questions them.

  • @1775novten you understand now why schools have so many zero tolerance policies in place? teach kids to be scared sheeple doing what they're told without question. 12 grade honor student's dad left a utility razor blade on the floor of her car after scraping old glue off windshield and re-glueing rearview mirror. found during random vehicle search in the school lot (more intimidation and 4th amendment violation) expelled and lost her full-ride scholarship as result. no appeal, just screwed

  • @36mauijim I agree. Do you happen to know the name of the student or where it happened? That's an incredibly shameful story and I would like to read the article if it's out there.

  • @1775novten it happened several years ago. I don't remember where. If I can find it I'll send you the info

  • @36mauijim That would be greatly appreciated.

  • @36mauijim random vehicle searches are illegal , they have to have provable cause.otherwise they can just randomly search your car at any time they want an we loose all our rights

  • @flightlinefantasy The same people who criticize you from the comfort of their computer are probable the same people who are the first to cry when they feel victimized by the police. These same people do not have half the courage you do to question someone in a position of authority when they are doing something you don't agree with. Just because the majority may be against you, it doesn't mean you're not doing the right thing - that's what a republic is all about!

  • lol hes at a damn boat ramp... wtf is the police problem with that

  • Did you try the local news media, TV stations? "Not wearing life jacket while on life jacket patrol" is something they might be interested in.

  • @mugwump666 Millions of dollars spent for this Wear It Michigan campaign. Kinda like millions spent to encourage seat belt use. I keep forgetting, they are smarter than us, I am just a maggot peasant tax payer. These programs are not meant for them.

  • @savemyrepublic You have three years for a personal injury suit. I would go federal with 42 USC 1983. There's a strong chance it would never make it to trial.

  • @mugwump666 I think if they have a life jacket on board for each person in the boat they are ok I don't think they have to have it on.

  • dick with camera fucking with the police.. bet when your ass is in trouble you will be calling the cops

  • @crescentfallen99 These are "public "servants"".....they "serve" the people, they are paid by the people and employed by the people. They have to be constantly reminded who their boss is. Police are allowed to have dash cams in their cruisers....why is it right for them to video us but we can't video them?

  • @crescentfallen99 How was he "fucking" with them? How does recording equal fucking with? Please don't tell me that you are excusing that agent's behavior and lack of professionalism. Did you see how he was lying and trying to incite some behavior that would justify an arrest - why would he do that? Why would he intentionally try and intimidate a citizen? He is a power drunk thug hiding behind a badge.

  • Please at least file a criminal complaint. It probably won't do anything, but it's important to document this. We have to stop thinking we can rely on "lawyers" or the ACLU. The "lawyers" for the most part are part of the good ol' boys club, and are only interested in money, not justice or the law. The thugs know this, which is why they feel free to attack and threaten people, and bring false charges. It's up to us to know the law, our rights, and to stand up.

  • HAHA

  • @savemyrepublic You are aware that you caught a public servant lying to cover up a crime? That in itself is a felony....just saying. It is illegal to interfere with an investigation to find if a crime has been committed ....just saying!

  • what happened to guy who came at you off boat

  • @gwofl I just posted video description, Thanks for asking.

  • so what happend did u file a charge

  • Stasi Ahoy!!!

  • dude, post the phone number for these pigs and we the people will voice our displeasure

  • @Fire2thePigs Search Michigan DNRE, Thanks

  • put up a new video please

  • @gwofl I have several in the making, I have so many videos yet to publish. I'm sure I'll make a lot of people love me even more.

  • So, what did you do? Did you file assault charges? Let us know the outcome.

  • @13thFlor 1st, I called DNR Headquarters, Talked to a High Ranking Officer. I had him watch unedited video. He told me his officer did nothing wrong, and he told me to remove video from Youtube. I told him I would not. He then threaten me with bodily harm. I have had many Attorneys watch video, there is no interest in pursuing this assault. I do not have any money to hire a attorney. I cannot find any help to take action. Had I acted in this maner to officer, I'd still be in jail.

  • @savemyrepublic Go talk to the local aclu and see if they'll help you. If that does not work you can file a lawsuit on your own (pro se) and the only cost is the filing fee.

  • lying is that what cops do...

  • This guy has a some valid points but seriously....Theyre going to find this guy in a ditch shot 16 times with a suicide note lol.

  • Citizen: "YOU WORK FOR ME!"

Cop: "NO I DON'T!! I work for the citizens and the state of Michigan!"

Greatest case of contradicting one's self!

  • US vs. Valentine 288 F. Supp. 957 it was decided that: “The only absolute and unqualified right of a United States citizen is to residence within the territorial boundaries of the United States.”

  • I would ***uck This COP UP

  • I would like to know why the officer first came over to this guy. Jusat what was he doing to bring this officer over to him

  • Bad boy bad boy whatcha gonna do,whatcha gonna do when they come for you.

  • stupid Criminals! Pigs!

  • hey Michael J. D-Bag nice hands. First of all it's not assault.. prob not even simple battery. good luck clown

  • Your President just took away a lot more of your freedom than you think.

  • @straightcleaner I will fight to my death to protect our Constitution. Thanks

  • @savemyrepublic I'm with you so stop giving them your ID when they ask. Let them arrest you and sue them for violating your constitutional rights. Then hire a camera man so we can see everything clearer. Good job though. Takes balls what u do...

  • @savemyrepublic then join the military punk instead of going around finding any little thing about police officers that you can put on youtube to make every one of them look bad

  • @Cballer8022 Little thing, Bow to your Masters Maggot Citizen. Pay Your Taxes Peasant. Look the other way Scum. They might look Bad! Mind your own Business! Govyou!

  • @savemyrepublic are you from like the 15 BC or something? respect what those men do for you

  • @Cballer8022 I think his video actually makes the older cop look ok. However, that out of shape fat turd should be fired asap. Perhaps is the police departments rid themselves of guys like this they wouldn't look have to worry about people "making" them look bad.

  • dumb box

  • I don't see anything wrong with this video. The guy FILMING the video is at fault.

  • @Syco2k3 I do not see a violent attack. I see a guy with a camera filming someone without permission. I would not like it either. He has a mental illness,he likes harassing cops and gets a high from the confrontation. Confrontation is his drug. Plus he's from Taylor,Mi and if you know anything about Taylor that explains it all.

  • @theenforcer1977 It's so sad, I guess by your user name you may be 35 years old. I do not know if there is any hope for the future of our once Great Republic. You do not have a clue about our Fonding Documents. Our Constitution has allowed for the Greatest, freest, wealthiest nation to exist in the history of the human. I do feel bad for you, your teachers, parents, and friends have failed you. So Sorry Good luck

  • @mnoguera13 No thanks, this is my country too so don't even try with that argument. Also, I never have a problem. I don't bother them and they don't bother me. Wow, what a concept isn't it. Don't be a dick and people won't be a dick to you!

  • you people put these clips on but never give the end result of what happened. Why?

  • why don't you post the name of this nazi here on youboob?

  • You are in your right whoever you are ! Those cops where illegally threatening you with some fake proofs , you are indeed allowed to film and they are not allowed to touch your camera , it's the law of privacy , I hope you beat like 10000 USD out of them .

  • WELCOME TO THE POLICE STATE YOU ARE NEXT BEWARE

  • @savemyrepublic Please tell me what happened in this case. You did pursue this correct? Even know I didnt catch on the video him pushing you, it can be assumed something happened although assumptions don't stand up in court, but I'm still very curious.

  • @TheZincZipper I need to make a complete video on what happened here. I have enough digital files on this to make a half hour show with this incident. I am a novice at making videos and I do not do them justice....I have not been able to get anywhere with pursuing this case, I cannot afford a attorney. I have had a meeting with my US Representative, John Conyers, on a few of these issues. Forget it, we have lost our republic. Thanks Steve

  • I agree with you Bronco7312 plus if the people would hold the law enforcement officials accountable and sue and file charges against them when they are assaulted by the officials then they would get what they deserve

  • August 26, 2011 The Federal Appeals Court has ruled in Glik v. Cunniffe, that video recording the police in a public place is a constitutional right for all U.S. citizens, since the Police are public employees, can be videoed as long as it doesn’t interfere with a Police investigation. If a police officer approaches a citizen that has not committed a crime and places their hands on said citizen, than that is assault.

  • honestly, I don't see what the point of these videos are. Nobody likes having a camera pointed at their face. You're not proving anything to these officers, you're just being a huge dick

  • @pockettaco "Nobody likes having a camera pointed at their face" You mean like the hundreds of times a day my GOVERNMENT has their camera at my face! Your right, I do not like it! I do not trust my Government, I will be watching them,It's our civil duty. Got It! Govyou.

  • @savemyrepublic Okay...? So what about regular people being filmed? I don't see you filming regular civilians, you're only going after law enforcement. And for what? They aren't doing anything to you here, you're just harassing them.

  • @pockettaco

Regular citizens are similarly subject to being videotaped and photographed in public without their consent. The difference is, the monitoring of Public officials serves a public interest. Filming private citizens is not an exercise of civil responsibility. Filming Police officers is. Why do you think cops can video YOU? Answer: It serves a public interest (supporting evidence)

  • @Stalicone Accept you have no reason to film them here. I don't understand, what are they doing wrong? If they were, I don't know, beating a man senseless then yes, maybe I can see what you're trying to do here but so far, I'm just not getting what you're doing there in the first place.

  • @pockettaco

You are still not getting it - No one NEEDS a reason to film public officials, just as you don't NEED a reason to film a mountain. Are you saying the only time there is a reason to film public officials is when they are doing something wrong? Failed logic! The reasons to film them is BECAUSE IT'S LEGAL and, BECAUSE THE PHOTOGRAPHER WANTS TO...That's it! No other "reason" is necessary!

  • @Stalicone Okay? It's legal for me to go outside and make a racist speech about black people. That doesn't mean I should do it because I'm just being a dickhead and not doing any good. Exactly what is this guy accomplishing in this video besides annoying a couple of officers minding their own business? So back to the racist example, throw a racist comment at someone and you should expect some negative responses. Film someone who doesn't wanna be filmed, police or not, expect the same thing.

  • @pockettaco

How does making a racist speech (which is still protected) equate to videotaping police or other public officials? Making a speech is a "pro-active" action, while videotaping is "passive". Police and other public officials who cannot tolerate the scrutiny of the public they serve, should find a different career. In any case, THERE IS NEVER A REASON FOR A UNIFORMED PUBLIC OFFICIAL TO OBJECT TO BEING VIDEOTAPED IN PUBLIC!

  • @Stalicone No reason to object to being video taped... Hmmm...how about that they're still regular people with or without a badge and it's pretty annoying to be video taped by some bum with a camera when you're NOT EVEN DOING ANYTHING. Some of these idiots with cameras take it a step further and specifically annoy the hell out of police officers just to piss them off.

  • @pockettaco

Anyone can OBJECT to being videotaped. They just can't insist or enforce a video shutoff. You keep saying that somehow public servants should not be video taped when they are NOT engaged in corruption. That is fallacious on so many levels. If Police can enforce a video shutoff because they aren't "doing anything wrong", what makes you think they will allow video when they ARE "doing something wrong"? Your logic FAILS. Cops need to get used to the idea - they are watched.

  • @pockettaco

Police are supposed to set an example, if someone exercising their constitutional rights, "pisses them off", I submit that they are unsuitable for law enforcement and to be vested with those powers. Police are supposed to understand that there are many who would love to see them fall, their actions should be impeccably professional, unbiased and SUPPORT their being monitored. To use their own vernacular, "If you have nothing to hide, what are you so afraid of?"

  • @savemyrepublic don't trust them then leave the country, I know thats where I'm at now but I can't afford it

  • @welderman27

Not trusting "Officials" (of any kind) is a uniquely American concept. Why would I leave the country for exercising my civic responsibility?

  • @savemyrepublic I will thumbs up your comment because I agree.

  • @pockettaco

Please tell me, what exceptions to the law Police officers enjoy that are not available to private citizens? Remember, Police officers don't have RIGHTS. They have POWERS and those POWERS are limited by your RIGHTS.

  • @pockettaco i agree on some levels but officers really should be filmed to keep everything fair, like some bullshitters say you've got nothing to hide right?

  • @pockettaco What people want is neither here nor there, what the LAW says is. The LAW says he has the right to video or photograph in a public place. Assault is against the LAW. As is lying and covering up, like the second officer did. It may seem petty to you but if they can trample on laws like this, they will trample on bigger, more important laws next and next time it might be you they abuse.

  • @ForestGrump Covering up what? So what if it's legal, it's still annoying and unnecessary. All of you idiots are bitching about rights and all this other stuff when you don't realize, if you film someone who doesn't want a camera in their face, you better expect some negative reactions.

  • @pockettaco law enforcement must have a higher standard of professionalism if they are to maintain respect from the public

  • @UniteForgetLeftRight I dont get it, the officers here weren't being unprofessional.

  • @pockettaco you think that dude shouting at him was being perfectly professional?

  • @pockettaco you might be a dick

  • @roaringwaterbay you might be a cunt but no one said anything.

  • @pockettaco Since you are SO wrong, I'm going to assume you just don't realize it and ignore how you called this guy a dick. Instead let me try to explain. There are many people out there defending your rights, my rights and our Constitution by putting themselves at risk. Simply put, the fact that you think the cameraman was a dick shows how you have been brainwashed into believing that cops have powers they DON'T have. They and WE need to learn. Thanks.

  • @jcisbell That's hilarious dude, "putting themselves at risk." This is hardly defending anything, let alone my rights. As I've said countless times before, what this guy is doing is pointless. He's not accomplishing anything except for pissing off police officers who were otherwise minding their own business. Maybe if these cops were beating a helpless man senseless, I would sympathize but here I just can't seem to justify doing that for this man. Sorry.

  • So what was the outcome?

  • DON'T SHOW YOUR PAPERS!!! SHOW THEM 30-45 MINUTES LATER... WASTE THEIR TIME!!! THEY WASTE OURS NO???? DON'T SHOW YOUR PAPERS!!!!! RESPECT FOR THAT BRAVE MAN!!!

  • Comment removed

  • anyone who drives a celica is gay except for me ;)

  • Thank you for your service Steve! Someone needs to watch the watchers.

  • "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." Please note. What you are doing is not a "Freedom of speech" and it has nothing to do with assembling for the grievances against the government. Know your rights instead of looking for a frivolous lawsuit to pad your wallet.

  • @slowandlowcelica Let me help you out here. Please note, It's Freedom of Press, that was violated.

  • @savemyrepublic Ummmmmmm I do not see you saying.... "Save my Republic, Reporting to you live for station ???" Sorry but all I see is someone who is trying to do nothing more than fattening your wallet with a frivolous lawsuit. I do not see this as a news report.

  • @savemyrepublic And to further this. If you was "Reporting" You would be a freelance reporter. Being paid for the reports. Sorry but when you do finally find a corrupt officer. Your camera is not going to make any difference to him/her. I promise you that it will end up in a thousand pieces and the report would read to the fact of you resisting arrest and assaulting the officer. That is how it has happened to me. Except I was not recording. None the less charges was dropped.

  • @savemyrepublic your not the press,dumb ass

  • @weinmanjoe

The Supreme court has repeatedly ruled that Constitutional rights do not ONLY apply to members of the "press" or "professional journalists". Those same rights apply to EVERYONE. The answer is that Police had better get used to being filmed as they are so comfortable with filming YOU!

  • @savemyrepublic Do you have press credentials? Do you work for a newspaper, magazine,or local or national news channel?

  • @theenforcer1977 He doesn't have to "show you his papers". Don't you get that those people in costumes he videotaped are our employees, in a publiuc place? By your comments, you're obviously one of the stasi/trolls, who don't have any more of a clue than the thug that assaulted him.

  • @savemyrepublic They should have splashed you with water when they pullede away from the dock. 57 year old man stalking cops.

  • California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Washington needs consent from all parties involved on recordings of voice in private conversation. This is a recording of voice. That is how it would be handled.

  • @slowandlowcelica

Except that SCOTUS has ruled a public official in the performance of his duties IN PUBLIC, has NO "expectation of privacy" and therefore it is legal to film and record them even without their consent - even in the states you mentioned. Otherwise, NO recordings of public events could take place without the "consent" of all parties involved. Just because you are engaged in conversation, DOES NOT make it a "Private" conversation.

  • @slowandlowcelica although well worded your comment is foolish

  • @slowandlowcelica

Wow, your ignorance of constitutional law is stunning. UNIFORMED PUBLIC SERVANTS IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR OFFICIAL DUTIES IN PUBLIC HAVE NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY. It is also a principle of common law that Public Officials may be monitored by the public in the performance of their duties. Why do you think celebrities hate paparazzi? It is because they CANNOT stop them from taking their photos (or video) in PUBLIC!

  • Save my republic... More like you are just looking more after saving your wallet. Nothing more than a person looking for a law suit. Trust me. When you do find a corrupt officer. That camera will not matter. Because when he/she is done (attacking you). That camera will disappear. FYI that is a game warden. He has more rights than most cop (Federal) Look it up. Glad there are people like you out there driving up the cost of insurance on frivolous lawsuits.

  • @slowandlowcelica This !!!! Thank you ! Very well said.

  • @matt9c1

    Very wrongly said.

  • @Stalicone So was yours.

  • @slowandlowcelica

"He has more rights than most cop (Federal)" WRONG!!!! Police officers DO NOT have rights (No more than you or I do, anyway) Police officers are vested with POWERS, and those POWERS are LIMITED by YOUR RIGHTS.

  • How did your filed assault charge go? LMFAO!!!! It didnt go anywhere loser.

  • @Crosisborg Are you against filming and holding public servants accountable? Are you naive to think that there is no such thing as police corruption? And I'm sure you know that a citizens has no ability to file criminal charges against an officer, because it's the own police department that would have to file the charge against one of their own ,which you know doesn't happen. Police (meaning the State) can only have civil suits filed against them by citizens, but I'm sure you know that already.

  • PUSSY!

  • The officer acted in a calm manner towards the man invading his personal bubble, and this was CLEARLY stated to the "camera man" Learn your rights, because your rights end when some else's begins. All this officer did was present a barrier from a intruder, case closed.

  • @Nikolai553 The officer approached him, not the other way around. Is your comment meant to be sarcastic or serious - it's unclear.

  • @Nikolai553

Actually the saying is "My right to swing my fists, ends where the other man's nose begins." - Oliver Wendell Holmes. "Calmness" and courtesy have NOTHING to do with it. Your rights can be violated by a pleasantry wielding officious douchebag as much as they can be violated by a Jack booted thug.

  • this fuckface needs to get a life

  • @bed792 Looks more like he needs to get a job. This toolbag is doing nothing more than praying for a lawsuit. LOL Hope he does find a corrupt officer one day. Because his camera will disappear quickly after he gets stomped into the ground.

  • @slowandlowcelica My number one job is now to expose corrupt and wasteful government. I have had a great life, and life owes me nothing! This cop has a anger problem, he should not be allowed to carry a gun.

  • @slowandlowcelica So you are condoning this officers actions and for officers to use violence against peaceful citizens?

  • @1775novten He is recording a federal officer. Yes Game wardens are hired through state. But they have jurisdiction upon the federal level. Believe it or not. These guys have more rights than most police. They work with coast guard, homeland security, CIA, FBI.... Lets see this guy "Steve" Try to record one of the body guards for a public official that is being protected. And watch what happens. Sometimes alot of what goes on federal level is left best unsaid.

  • @slowandlowcelica So is your answer "yes" to my questions? I don't care if it's the President of the United States - the Supreme Court has already ruled that public servants have no right to privacy in the PUBLIC and should be expected to be filmed in the conduct of their duties. This "federal officer" got in his face and made false threats against him. Why are you condoning his behavior towards a peaceful citizen that he is supposed to be serving?

  • @slowandlowcelica

As long as you keep saying that Police have "rights", you are basically confirming your ignorance, and worse, presenting it as if you actually know something. You espouse so much garbage regarding the filming of public officials, it is quite apparent you have NO IDEA what you are talking about! ANY PUBLIC OFFICIAL PERFORMING HIS DUTIES IN PUBLIC IS SUBJECT TO BEING AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDED. PERIOD!

  • @1775novten So it does not create a mass breakdown of society as we know it. Kind of like Ignorance Is Bliss.

  • @slowandlowcelica I have no idea what you are talking about, but it sounds like we should just let federal agents rule wild without any accountability to avoid "mass breakdown". That's now how the game is played. There are rules we ALL must follow - otherwise it's just a free-for-all without any checks and balances.

  • Ok let's get some reality here jcdupuis10. It is not Illegal to film a public servant in public. The cop approached him and then proceeded to put his hand on the camera and pushed him. If I did that to a cop it would be assault. Why wouldn't that apply to the cop doing it to him. This is a clear case of assault from this jerk cop. He didn't nicely approach the guy filming and ask him to stop, not that he should have.
