@mrsawdust09 --- for exterior log benches and picnic tables I like to use one of the products we used to put on our log homes...SuperDeck. It holds up well and doesn't break the bank...Thanks for watching!
@MrBigdare --- Usually start out with a 40 grit to knock down the heavy chainsaw gouges...Then I use the 80 grit before moving to the belt sander where I use a 120 grit...Makes for some real smooth picnic tables and benches!
