"How to catch wild pigs". Feed corn to wild pigs in the woods. As they come for the free corn each day you build a fence one panel at a time being patient each time while they get used the each new side. When finally the last side is in place and the pigs come for their free corn, you slam the gate shut and catch the entire heard.
We're being fed free corn. Unless we insist our representitives remove the fence we're going to be in a society that has closed down.
