that's welsh! with a few english loan words thrown in, and he doesn't translate "brothers and sisters" into welsh.

@VioletDiva well you can study it in one of the select Universities here in the UK that reaches it. or better yet, just gather welsh language tools from the 'net.

First of all i must say i have absolutely no idea of welsch, but i would say for the parts i understood that the interviewer asks him about Hollywood, and he answers something ......"fantastic"......, and after i got "Brothers&Sisters". So i think they're basically talking about his life in Hollywood and next projects. Maybe they're talking about how to cook a hamburger but..... well, i tried....xp

They're talking about Matthew being in Hollywood and then in Wales, and his partner, and about why hes cooking - its a family business and he thought he should do some "proper" work! =P He's great!

Though some people still call people's bf/gf 'parnter'. My aunt does that, calls her husband her partner and vice versa
