I'm gonna say this. But G-Whiners are complete idiots for disliking newer series for no reason except that it's not G1. In a lot of ways, this is BETTER than the original as the story is more consistent and less annoying characters (I'm looking at you Huffer!). And they stuck to a specific theme, unlike G1 (King Arthur, Atlantis Arise, wth?!)

I think Armada is an updated version of G1 in models and toys. So I take back saying it's better but I can't say its not as good, I can say it's good for what it is. Armada was very well done for a reboot.

if you want continuity errors, go check otu Cybertron, not energon. I know the Unicron Tilogy backwards and forwards, and there is no continuity errors Armada-Energon that I know of.

Ok, let me first state that I'm an old fart that grew up with G1. The movie was awesome (well most of the human stuff/lines sucked) and I've seen it six times with various friends. I've been checking out the various other series and I have to say that G1 is still my favorite.
What's up with you people? There's nothing wrong with the animation. I thought they did a good job with the whole fight-- they took it up a notch from the regular, flat animation. I grew up with Armada and it's still my favorite series. As for Galvatron, he had a charm that his other versions didn't have. More like a sadisticly evil characteristic. Also, redeeming oneself as a final act isn't a bad thing. Sheesh.

if you want continuity errors, go check otu Cybertron, not energon. I know the Unicron Tilogy backwards and forwards, and there is no continuity errors Armada-Energon that I know of.

If you look at G1 megatron and the megatron in the 2007 moive you can see a almost look the same other then the fact that the G1 megatron is flat and has little detail and the one in the moive has lots of detail, other then that they kinda look alike.

Ok, let me first state that I'm an old fart that grew up with G1. The movie was awesome (well most of the human stuff/lines sucked) and I've seen it six times with various friends. I've been checking out the various other series and I have to say that G1 is still my favorite.

What's up with you people? There's nothing wrong with the animation. I thought they did a good job with the whole fight-- they took it up a notch from the regular, flat animation. I grew up with Armada and it's still my favorite series. As for Galvatron, he had a charm that his other versions didn't have. More like a sadisticly evil characteristic. Also, redeeming oneself as a final act isn't a bad thing. Sheesh.
