@The3ddie007 Hi !! sorry, but i don´t know, i recorded only guitars on this track, all the rest were on the living on a prayer backing track, that you can easylie found on the web. Peace, Antunes
@DanskeSange Hi Danske, tnx for watching and comment. I saw your channel, great videos, like a lot of jhonny b good version, very interesting listen for the vocals in other language. Is this your band performing the music? Peace, Antunes "Joecruzguitar"
@joecruzguitar Nice, im very glad you like it. It's not my band, but a danish band called ''Shubidua'', they are very famous here in Denmark.
Just saw that your from Brazil. My neighbor and very good friend Harlem is from Brazil too and i've only seen pictures from there, but i hope i'll to come to the country some day.. It's beautiful!
Good stuff. Add a bit more melodic diversity, make the vibrato thing wilder and end with some high note, and include a fast quick section of some metalheads shread and you got perfect Luke:) Nice idea this you had.
WOW If Luke recorded this song it would be such a hit because it is all guitar and no words.(sarcasm)
Sambora is a better musician. Why? Because he didnt just play the solo on livin on a prayer but he also wrote, produced and sang background on it. Im tired of people saying that certain guitar players are better than others just because they shred or make cool sounds with a guitar. Thats half the battle. A real good musician will come up with the tune rather than trying to improve on a song.
Hey, this is not about who´s better, it just started as a joke and some friends like Antunes (the player here) embraced the idea. It is more like 'how would it sound if...' - in terms of tone, noite choices, vibrato, etc.
Lukather was responsible for most of the writing or co-writing in the last 15 years of Toto. He also wrote songs for plenty of artists. Both are tasteful musicians with their own style and calling Luke a shredder does him a dreadful injustice.
Tuna, ficou show como sempre, seu senso melódico tá no nível de um Satriani, um Schon! Obrigado pela bela contribuição ao elenco das 'What If', a brincadeira tá ficando bonita. Gde abraço!

this is really awesome and as much as i do love steve, i love Richie's parts in this song even more. it wouldnt be living on a prayer without him.
