But some cellphones can be put on "plane-status" or "flight-status" or i don't know what it's called in english, but if you put your cellphone on that, you can use it. And cameras too, they don't send any signals.
No i don't think so, cause it isn't illegal. Besides that, (at least here in Denmark) it's only during take-off and landing you can't record with "signal-sending" devices. So if you have a device that doesn't send any at all, you are allowed to film all the time. Just make sure it isn't before you use it, it could be dangerous, as it can interfere with some of the electronics :)
