I stopped having soy around 5 days ago and at the time my acne was really irritated and constantly getting worse rather than healing. It's already almost completely healed up ... which is freaking me out because I'm 25 so I have been trying so many things to clear this up for so long and its suddenly clear. But I will say it's been such a short time I can't just decide its from soy yet, because I've also changed my moisturiser and sunscreen to active manuka products. will test after a while.
That´s true.... Giving up cow milk has probably helped the rest of my acne, but has not really has an impact on my chin.. But even though I still get acne on my chin, it´s not like it´s worse than before.. Perhaps I´m just not soy intolerant..
Being told you will have a skin disease for the rest of your life is not encouraging nor does it have to be the truth. The American Institute of Advanced Medicine has confirmed methods to destroy the symptoms of acne from your body for good. There is no need for acne sufferers to live with painful, puss filled pimples when the answer has been found and comes with a 95% success rate. Everyone deserves healthy and clear skin, this includes you! Check out theaiam.com
If you have an excess of male hormone whether it be testosterone or an androgen in your body then shouldn't soy milk help with that since it supposedly mimics estrogen?
i remember when I had really BAD acne when I was around 15. My mom made me try out soymilk for a couple months. Ever since then, I've been drinking soymilk because it's been clearing my skin. Maybe it depends on the soymilk one has been using. Some soymilks are processed differently than others.
Soy beans are very good for you, however, processed soy (tofu, soy milk) are not so good for you. (Still better than animal products!) I suggest buying almond milk or rice milk. It taste about the same, I think a little better. I don't eat soy burgers. Instead, I eat all veggie burgers or black bean burgers. Good Luck!
I think food only causes acne in some people. Acne is mostly caused by genetics and hormone imbalances. It may trigger a breakout but it isnt the cause especially if youre already predisposed to acne
What do you think about Bragg Liquid Aminos?!

Is that how Australian's pronounce "estrogen"? Here in Canada, we say "S-trogen." Just a really random comment. Good information!
