@sfgiants659 This game is Nascar Racing 2003 Season made by the old company Papyrus. they knew NR2003 would be their last game so they put in holes in the coding to allow modifications to be made for it. you can make tracks and even new car models for the game. This is the 2010 mod with the COT and the 2010 cars.
