@shuto101 When you use a specific skill, the cooldown time on that skill is 30 seconds.

it also activates a skill cooldown on all other skills for 10 seconds. so if he has 3 of the same skill, he can use it once every 10 seconds, as long as he has enough SP ^_^

Maybe yours is a different type of grade. The weapons have specific grades like (from the lowest to highest) C, B, A. Or maybe your mech doesn't have a lot of scan range.

Well, scan range isn't really important. It only let you see farther. Don't put any points in scan range. Put the points into HP, EN, SP, or Speed.

best place to put points is marksmanship maxed first, then getting health till 10 or so..then movement speed...btw scan range doesnt improve the range of weapons.

Um... i can answer that.

It is possible to hit a enemy even if you arnt locked. But... you'll have to shoot/slash/stab when they are on your lockon. The shot/slash/stab will then kinda follow the enemy, like a cannon bullet xD

Depending on your marksmanship.

Anyway, Quad Hellrazors are always nice. 5/5
