Acetyl L-Carnitine is very expensive for me to purchase because i live in Denmark and the stuff is very expensive in all of EU. If i buy from for example ebay.com, I'll have to pay a fairly high tax and shipping.
I'm currently taking tyrosine and ginkgo everyday, how much more benefit would the carnitine add? I'm only interested in cognative function increase, not fat oxidation.
A little question to the Ginkgo, will you get physically used to it over long term ingestion?
Ian my pre workout shake has over 1.1g of l-tyrosine so will taking extra tyrosine worth it, what do you think about bitter orange/synephrine? and does beta have a place in a pre workout as it requires a saturation time like creatine

Yea stops about n hr after workout ... I dropped the.dosage from 6g to 4g of ba .. And today I felt fine ... But I read about cm causing nausea with high doses so I dropped that as well from 5 to 3 n I feel fine today
