  • Acetyl L-Carnitine is very expensive for me to purchase because i live in Denmark and the stuff is very expensive in all of EU. If i buy from for example ebay.com, I'll have to pay a fairly high tax and shipping.

    I'm currently taking tyrosine and ginkgo everyday, how much more benefit would the carnitine add? I'm only interested in cognative function increase, not fat oxidation.

    A little question to the Ginkgo, will you get physically used to it over long term ingestion?

  • Ian my pre workout shake has over 1.1g of l-tyrosine so will taking extra tyrosine worth it, what do you think about bitter orange/synephrine? and does beta have a place in a pre workout as it requires a saturation time like creatine

  • do you have any links to studies on lower dosages of l-tyrosine all research i have seen is a 100mg/kg! which is loads.

  • @Smitty6123 It's because stimulants stimulate your whole body. That's why it makes you poop. Creatine does not.

  • @Daavisonfire I've used a fair share of stimulants before and i've never had this problem. I always cycle them properly. At least a month off all before switching to a different pre workout supplement. I'm trying to figure out why this is happening

  • This is an embarrassing question but when after 15 minutes of taking Jack3d, I get the shits and gotta use the toilet every time. Is there a particular ingredient that is the cause of this? I take 5 grams of creatine everyday and I saw somewhere that the extra creatine in Jack3d is the cause of this.

  • Hey Ian, i dont know if your still responding on this video, but what are your thoughts on the old bodybuilding stack of caffeine, ephedrine and asprine. I have taken the caffeine and ephedrine together, and honestly feel nothing from it. I dont think it works, but my cousin who is a lot bigger than me says it lets him max out for 3 hours if he wanted. I have never, EVER gotten that effect with anything, so do you think there is any science behind this? if so, is it worth the risks?

  • i have to comment, Your sir are correct! I've taken 1 max rep countless times. When i take it my mouth tingles and my ears itch, in the gym i feel an amazing high super confident, i feel like I'm the biggest strongest in the gym, and can take on anyone. ill stare down anyone. however hours later i get random highs and lows, start feeling bad, also i can't forget the erectile dysfunction. when i take 1,3 its extremely hard to get an erection. but i sleep well on it if thats sounds weird

  • Yea stops about n hr after workout ... I dropped the.dosage from 6g to 4g of ba .. And today I felt fine ... But I read about cm causing nausea with high doses so I dropped that as well from 5 to 3 n I feel fine today

  • @Tagerted9 I don't buy premixed pre-workout products because they are all garbage. C4 is particularly bad. It's overpriced and underdosed. I do not recommend any products made by Cellucor.

  • wouldn't beta alanine still help powerlifters, even though they do low reps wouldn't it help with the later sets, later exercises in the workout, etc?
