would be impossible to get licensed in Australia, because we have some crazy conditions, but one guy did get his armored personnel carrier registered in aus so with changes maby. but judging by the vid, this guy lives way out in the bush so there would be very little use for it being road registered, take too long at those speeds.

It might only take a year because you would need to amass the spare funds to purchase all the build materials and tools needed to make the tank. You have to have a welder, welder magnets, all number of straight edges, spare nuts, bolts, and all number of work-bench mounted drills and routers. I would definitely need to buy a ton of tools just to be able to do this myself should I ever consider it.
