Love those wheels, I'm leaning towards an 08 or 09 SRT-8, if i get one i'm definetely gonna look into buying those replica 22's. Nice car, but do you really like the see-thru grille?

@kdemonde I love the Tommy Z grill before I even got the supercharger. I use to have a 300c and with that car I had the EJ classic phantom grill. Even though this car is a 4k pound tank.. The SRT is the sports edition and I find it kind of ugly to make it full of chrome or really any chrome like some people do. So If I wanted luxury, I would have kept my 300c and just supercharged it. So I went with a sporty grill and the Tommy Z was my choice.

@TDUBB99 I hear ya on the grille.. I'm interested in the SRT-8 solely because it's the top of the line,i'm a "top of the line" kinda guy LOL! I like "sport/luxury vehicles as well. I'm not a chromey guy either, the silver/aluminum 22" replicas you have would be fine for me, i will change the grill, tint the windows and put some wood only on the front fascia of the panel where the navi screen/temperture control is located, and maybe the center console. Hopefully i'll find one with the DVD player

@kdemonde yea sounds like you have a plan lol. I have the dvd system in mine but getting terrible gas mileage, I am never in it long enough to enjoy lol. Wood is nice in these cars but still a little too luxury for my likings. Keep me posted with your setup.

@TDUBB99 Okay i'll do that..The SRT-8 is really my second choice, i truly want the Lincoln MKS with AWD and back-up cam...but it's a $35K & up vehicle...i don't think i can do a $ 400.00 & up car note right now LOL! I like the style and size of that car. Believe it or not, it's longer and wider than the 300C, i was surprised to find that out..i checked the specifications on both cars. And with all that, the MKS has a longer wheelbase and a 9 inch height advantage. But im still with the SRT-8.

@kdemonde Yea cool. I've had a 300 since 2006. This SRT is my 2nd one. You would hate my car note when I first got it lol. But now they are more affordable so its not as bad. I am thinking of getting a viper or newer z06.

@TDUBB99 Did you care about the 05-07 SRT-8 two-tone door panels? I once worked at a Chrysler dealership back in 07 and i couldn't stand the Black seats with the black/cream color door panels Uggh! I know it's not much of a big deal but i'm like that with car observation lol! When they roll into the dealership i'd look at the interior and notice how the two-tone door panels clashed with the Black seats..So glad Chrysler converted to the all Black door panels in 08, it just looks better to me.

@lokinhosk7 you get use to it... Plus I love it and so does everyone around me. I was initially going to go with a quiet setup, but Procharger wanted more for it.. So loud it was. This setup I no longer run. I am going with a F1 procharger along with a new motor and transmission build. I am reconsidering the quiet setup, but I love the sound, especially at high rpm's flying down the road.

@Aldrin8ter22 Cool. My car is much different then this video now. Hopefully when all of my work is done I will post newer videos with my new set up. I will email you my contact info and feel free to ask any questions as I have been through hell and back with this car. I am sure I have put enough money into it changing setups, adding stuff and custom work to where I could have purchased a bunch stock ones lol. I didn't do the supercharger work, my buddy did, but it was really quick.

@srt817 Sorry for the late reply. At that time just exhaust, blower, small blower cam, stall, I think upgraded fuel system, etc, etc. Its much better now :)

@yeeyeebeezy Also the grill came disassemble and no paint. Assembly was easy and my dad paints so I wouldn't know how much to estimate. But they do sell them painted when I got mine almost 4 years ago.

@whitestang99 Between 10 and 14.. It fluctuates. I'm changing the exhaust come Saturday and getting a fresh tune. So hopefully i see some improvements

@xz28camaro and really I don't mean disrespect to anyone's car but I feel the srt8's should not have 24's, 26's, etc on it... Period. To each is on but I wouldn't put a bentley grill on something that's not a bentley. I do think the 300c model(5.7) would be the only version I would even consider putting some chrome rims on. But not the srt's.. They may not be the fasting thing on the block but they are the performance line.
