The game was pretty dissapointing to me actually. I sold it 2 weeks after buying it. There just wasn't enough in the game for it's 30 dollar price tag. Plus I really hated the character designs. I hate fighting games that are too combo heavy. Not that I don't like combos. But I do like fighting games that are open-ended with the ways you can take down your opponent. It looks like the only way to be good at this game is to memorize entire lists of 20 to 50-hit long "dial-a-combos" and to be able to combo first. This game looks and feels like it took its fighting mechanics straight from MUGEN.

Hmm... I love this game, I'm totally hooked! Now, as a major Heart and Lilica player, I'd have to say I'm really disappointed in the Heart user here. The Ai no Tekken Punch (Iron Fist Love Punch) is a good move, but is most likely to be blocked. I myself like to combo into the Heartful Punch! If that Lilica player was a CPU, the I REALLY feel bad for the Heart player getting owned....

The fact you equip each girl with any arcana to change up their bonuses/tactics helps. Admittedly having only 12 characters is discouraging if say you are a fighter fan used to bigger character rosters (aka SF Alpha 3 Upper or KOF XI for example).

The trade off is the sprites are beautiful and just as good as Guilty Gear XX's.

Undecided about the fighting engine. It's nice you can dash,fly around,and take the battle to new heights yet it does not seem as fluid as older fighters.
