The Øbama Administration is fighting domestic oil production in the United States. Their tools are executive authority and cumbersome bureaucracy.

There is another solution, nullification & imminent domain by the States. The States can nullify anything the FedGov is doing that is unConstitutional, ie the EPA. The States also can claim back THEIR stolen lands (stolen because FDR's antiquities act was unConstitutional), since Art 1 Sec 8 Cl 17 or 18 I think, states that land can ONLY be purchased from the States with their approval and for what purpose it can ONLY be used.
