  • What can I say?

I love Arlo from the first time I saw (the movie) Alice's Restaurant and I have several of his albums. (This song I have not.) I'm a "folky" and a past Flower Power kind of guy.

So guitar picking comes kind of natural to me.

Said what had to be said. This is surely not the best song Arlo ever did. Bad even. The only 2 good versions are:

    - (originally) The Byrds

    - Bob Dylan.

  • there is no one like arlo, and his dad and pete and howard zinn

  • Love the song and love Arlo's rendition!!!!!!!

  • December 2005? Tipitania's must not have gotten any flood waters from Katrina. Today there's a "Tamborine Man" on many street corners in urban areas..

  • I love Arlo feeling !

  • He rambles very good !! Love him !

  • Divine picking

  • First time I've heard this - I missed you last year - no Harrrisburg!

  • Great ! In which album ? Not The last train of Gordon Titcomb..

  • Just exactly right!

  • it's wonderful, it's great Voices

  • i was fortunate to see arlo and pete perform together with shenandoah back in the early eighties. i fell in love with these beautiful people after watching the d.c. wolftrappe concerts played on channel thirteen in '78.

    absolutely fell in love.

  • If you ever get a chance to see Arlo live = Just Do It! He is such a delight and full of fun surprises. :-)

  • He does Dylan better than Dylan. Like Ramblin' Jack was doing his dad better than himself. Tears.

  • I love your songs man,,,

Can you uploaded plz?? *last train*

  • fantastic version - Arlo style - timeless!!.

  • this is goog

  • Bob dylan did it better in my opinion...

  • Why you guys allways have to compare those two??! Stop it! Theyre both amazing!

  • @severinstyle ...Arlo does it DIFFERENTLY. As did The Byrds.

  • Thank you for posting so many great videos.

  • Beautiful. "Mr. Tambourine Man" is my favorite song, and this is now one of my favorite versions of the song.
