Reason for saying is it's just the "77m" looks to be exactly the same as the "76" just in slo mo....your shout, the flight, the run up, feet placement - the lot!

if you look a both throws you will notice in one I have a shadow, because it is sunny and in the other it is over cast

why is there such a big gap in the 77 and your official comp throw?

My last comp was 4 months ago - I had only 6 meets this year and only got a good wind once - 72.49m

I have been hitting the weights really hard - really, really hard these past few months too

My strength is way up, as is my flexibility and explosion. i have also developed some new exercises in my training which are now really paying off.

Also, remember when I throw in training I can pick when, where, what direction I throw in and what time of day i throw to

No injuries this year - at least not yet. I was in the UK when the the USA champs were on.
