It's just the original recording of "Ziggy Stardust" that appears on Bowie's 1972 album, but severely distorted in some sound editing program. The result is it sounds like Bowie with laryngitis. Sounds nothing like Hendrix. There could be some clips of Hendrix playing guitar edited into the middle of this, and also distorted beyond recognition. I'd like to think both Hendrix and Bowie would be aghast at this miasma.
