Hey SWH, If you want way better pigments that the Chumash used, I know where to get almost every color in the rainbow in very vivid shades. PM me if you are interested.I also have excellent fused shale in several colors. The correct name of Grimes Canyon fused shale is OAKRIDGE GLASS.
why sours? are you not sweet? also, if you are of native heritage, you would have access to the materials needed to keep your heritage alive instead of stealing them
@kito96 Thanks bro. And I get the obsidian and dacite from fellow flintknappers, and we also came across an abandoned rock hounders house where we got a good amount of material. The chert I have found around the river beds, but there are plenty of other sources that I haven't been to yet around here.
