In my opinion all that needs to be done is have a law passed that limits the amount of bias legally allowed on the television, thus shutting down Fox News and MSNBC, and allowing people to have their own views, rather than Fox or MSNBC choking them with neo-con or liberal propoganda. To strip teabaggers of their constitutional rights is a bit far.

The United States Consitution: that pesky document policymakers keep wishing would go away because its emphasis on equal protection under the law conflicts with their objective to mass murder or segregate a fair percentage of the population whom they deem undesirable because they stand in the way of their political power and ambition.
