Yes, she was the first one who did it in a competition....Yurchenko with 2 and a half twists.

She definitely had a rhinoplasty and I think it looks really good. I noticed it last year. Overall, she looks gorgeous. Still the same soft spoken Simona. =)

I realized why I didn't recognize Simona- did she have rhinoplasty? Nothing wrong with surgery, but I remember her having a longer nose with a bump on it- her nose was really cute before. She looks absolutely gorgeous now. Her nose still looks good. Are you sure this is Simona?

You know what, I was thinking the same thing too....it is in fact, Simona, but her nose does look different you think that she did have rhinoplasty....and I thought that she looked fine with her old nose....my nose is similar to hers (old) and I wouldn't change it for nothing....but she still look great though.....

I think it's the same length, but yeah the bump is gone. Simona aged well.

How does the competition look as oppose to your time?

It's a hard time for everyone not just for the romanian gymnastic. When I joined the national team i had a good base and i didn't have to learn any new elements. All I had to do was to perfect and correct what i knew.

The vaults you saw today you guys used to do them to warm up.

It's difficult and somewhat dangerous to do a difficult vault in the competition shortly after you learn it. I think the girls wanted to be safe today.
